"It's a lovely shop with delicious ice cream, but the customer service could use improvement. Normally, I wouldn't make a big deal out of things, but I bought a chocolate-covered marshmallow and it was extremely stale. When I went back to ask for a replacement, the new one was stale as well. The woman behind the counter informed me that it was supposed to feel that way because "the display case is chilled and the marshmallows were previously frozen." I can distinguish between a stale marshmallow and a properly chilled one! Instead of arguing, I chose to leave. I really would have appreciated a fresh marshmallow, though."
