"One of my main issues is the difficulty of placing an order. When ordering online, it’s impossible to get an accurate total if you want to substitute an item. For instance, you can swap vegetables for rice when calling (for free), but there's no option to do that online unless you leave a note with the order. Sometimes they acknowledge it, but other times they overlook it.
Another frustration is calling in an order. The restaurant is quite loud, making it hard to hear the person on the phone. The background noise can be really overwhelming.
As for the food, it’s generally good. However, I'm not a fan of their tiger sauce, which I refer to as seafood sauce; I prefer using the Makoto seafood sauce that you can find at Publix. The chicken can be inconsistent—sometimes it’s flavorful, while other times it’s dry and lacking taste. I think the sauce could use a bit more tang. The rice is usually fine, but lately, there have been large chunks of scrambled egg in it, which I wish they would break up more. That’s just a personal preference.
The clear soup is okay, nothing special. The carrots are nice, but since I skip the zucchini and onions, I can’t comment on those. The meal I ordered, which is pictured, cost $17 and provides me with about 2 to 2.5 servings. It's a generous amount of food.
My last point of criticism is their speed. Waiting 30 minutes for a takeout order feels a bit excessive."
