Shogun Japanese Steak Sushi

Food was cold and old . 20.00 for Teriyaki salmon drenched in sauce. Good not served hot. Tasted like leftovers . Sushi was good

Food was great. Bathrooms were gross. The floor was sticky, I had toilet paper stuck to my shoe. Sinks were gross. I suggest y’all deep clean those bathrooms!!

Terribly long wait. Unclean environment with understaffed and overworked servers. The chef seemed as he was in a hurry to get done and the food tasted like it. The quality of the food service definitely don't justify the prices. I will not dine here again. View menu

This is a fantastic restaurant to visit if you're in the mood for Japanese or authentic Thai cuisine. The service is consistently excellent, and they must train their staff well. I dine here for lunch at least three times a month. It's definitely worth trying out if you enjoy Asian cuisine.

terrible service, they are underoccupied and the poor old lady is overworked and forgotten. when I asked about tee, she told me to order something else and she has constantly commanded her to mess. the chef was terrible and gave me the smallest part possible. a four-year-old got more food than me, save her money and eat her somewhere else, that's ridiculous.

The wait was super long but it seems like they are short staffed right now. Food was excellent when delivered fresh but not everything was. My food was mildly warm but was still good. However the staff is not lounging around, everyone is busy. So if you come to eat when it is not super busy, you'll definitely get great food with great service. Otherwise just be prepared for them to do their best with the staff they have. Also, if you order sushi it should be delivered to the table promptly. I have visited this restaurant many times in the past. However, last night's visit was not a good one. The waitress seemed disorganized and brought out the wrong orders. When we asked for the correct dishes, she still accused us of being at fault even though it was not our mistake. We had to wait a long time for the chef to prepare our food, and then he only showed up when it was comically late. The stove wasn't even turned on, so we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for our meals to be ready. To make matters worse, they automatically added an 18% tip to our bill. The absolute worst! Sat for 45 mins with my family before anybody said hi or do you want something to drink. Rude disorganized. I only had a party of 3, so when the table filled up with other people they immediately came over was going to take their order. Didn’t make any eye contact with us after sitting 45 minutes. I had to speak up like are you crazy??? We were here 45 minutes before them you ask them first do they want something to drink. Today, April 14th 2022, I had a wonderful lunch at your Kennesaw location. The food is always great and your prices for lunch are unbeatable. Thanks for the awesome food. I would like to mention a detail I witnessed. Your cook had on what appeared to be camo sweatpants pulled down below his rear when he started cooking. About halfway thru the process he finally pulled his pants up. Itappeared that he is not a regular cook. I ordered Steak and shrimp. My friend ordered salmon. When the shrimp was finished cooking your cook mistakenly put my shrimp on my friends plate.
