"If you’re in New York City and craving classic American cuisine, you can’t go wrong with Burger Heaven. I’ve been a fan for years and never seem to tire of it. My go-to order is the grilled cheese, which is excellent. It may not be anything particularly unique, but if you’re in the mood for a classic grilled cheese and fries, this is the place to be.
Speaking of fries, I stick to the regular ones instead of the curly fries, and they’re consistently great. In fact, the quality of all the food here remains reliable. Normally, I ask for my fries extra crispy at other places, but I find there's no need here because they always come out perfectly without me having to request it.
The service has been satisfactory; the food arrives relatively quickly, and I’ve never encountered a rude server, so I have no complaints. Burger Heaven is always clean, including the restrooms. I highly recommend giving this place a try. With such a diverse menu, you're sure to find something you'll love!"
