"The one highlight of Burger Heaven is the chance to people-watch from an outdoor table on 62nd St or along Lexington Ave. However, like many nearby diners, the prices on the menu are shockingly high given the quality of the food. A mediocre burger costs over $20, making it more worthwhile to visit a nearby steakhouse or bistro for a far better burger at a similar price. Breakfast fares no better: a standard combo of eggs, bacon, toast, and coffee comes to $25. The service leaves much to be desired as well, with staff who range from indifferent to downright unfriendly."

The burgers were thick and juicy, but not particularly flavorful. The chili burger was bland and dry. Hard to be happy spending $90 for 5 burgers and water.

Burger Heaven offers a classic American atmosphere. The Heaven Burger is delicious—though it might not be the top burger in town, it’s certainly satisfying. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly.

Was going to have their only veggie burger but when I saw the feta spinach omelette I changed my mind. They are slightly on the pricey side but their portions were big. My friend had the cob salad and couldn't stop talking about how he loved it. Stilltalked about it 2 days later. He said the dressing was amazing. Nothing extraordinary about my meal except it was huge. Therestaurant had an old diner feel and look. Very american and reminiscent of old times.

Mediocre burger at best......Service was good fast, and friendly, environment good as well. but for the price you pay, it's definitely not worth it. Very overpriced for what you get. They charge extra for things like basic toppings and fries that wouldbe standard elsewhere. Yes, I know it's midtown, but for the quality/presentation you can find so much better for the same priceelsewhere in the city. Dish didn't resemble the price. Probably won't be back for those reasons.

The only worthwhile thing about this place is the people-watching view on Lexington Ave or an outdoor table along 62nd St. Like most diners in the neighborhood the prices are ridiculous for the quality of the food. An average-at-best burger ends upcosting $20+ ... just go to any nearby steakhouse or bistro for an EXCELLENT burger at or near the same price. Breakfast ismore of the same: a standard combo breakfast: eggs, bacon, toast and coffee? That'll be $25, please! The servers are gruffat best and surly at worst.

The burger I ordered was nothing more than average. Although the service was prompt and cheerful, and the ambiance enjoyable, the experience didn’t live up to the steep prices. Everything seemed overpriced for what was offered, including additional charges for standard toppings and fries that other restaurants typically include. While I get that it’s in midtown, you can find far better quality and presentation for the same cost elsewhere in the city. The meal just didn’t justify the price. I probably won’t be coming back. "We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
