"We had a bad experience here. We tried to order on their app and it wasn’t working so we asked them in store if they would honor the online discount since the app wasn’t working correctly and they said no. So we tried ordering online from their website instead so we would get the deal since we have a big family and we asked if they could help us with ordering online and they did not and said “it’s finicky”. It was terrible. There wasn’t anyone else inside Subway and they were just standing around so you would think they would at least try or make it easy and just honor the discount. Ridiculous! And then once we ordered online (which didn’t work correctly still so we didn’t get correct sandwiches) they took FOREVER to make them and one employee made them (when she decided to while the other employee stood there. Very disappointed and frustrated especially with hungry kiddos."

"I want to give a shoutout to this Subway location! I ordered online and requested double the veggies, and they definitely delivered—something that many Subways often don't do. The sandwiches were packed with vegetables, especially olives. Great job!"

"Unfortunately, the quality of customer service at this location is very poor. When I tried to use a coupon on a footlong, I was yelled at and told the coupon could only be used on certain footlongs. The server pointed me to a sign that was hanging BEHIND another sign stating this info (they’ve since taken the sign down completely), and were very disrespectful when I gently pointed out that the sign could not be seen. I’ve had other experiences that weren’t amazing, but this was by far the most hostile. I’m very disappointed."

"While I was at the payment window, I noticed great teamwork among the staff. One employee brought drinks or something to the cashier, who thanked them for their help. I really appreciated the respectful atmosphere they created. All the staff members were very polite. I'll definitely come back, especially since this location has a drive-thru and such great employees. I also noticed that the two drinks were labeled "R" on the cup lids for Raspberry Tea."

"Lots of phoney positive reviews for this place. They think they're fooling people.As soon as you walk in, they grab some stale bread and try to push it on you. So much for eat fresh A lot of Subways do the same thing. I asked what most people get for dressing for my Italian sub and was told I don't know nuttin about nuttin Woman acted bothered and rushed to get me out. Won't be going back."

"Some of the staff were friendly, but others were less so. If you notice anything amiss, don’t hesitate to voice your concerns! I had a rather unpleasant experience in the past when an older employee accidentally spat in my sandwich. Moreover, the credit card system often malfunctions, but it seems to affect only certain cards, which is quite irritating. Overall, I can't say I had a positive experience there."

"The ladies were quick and accurate. This was the cleanest subway I've been to in Lansing. The veggies were all tucked into their own containers -not touching. I was there for about a half hour or so, and there had to have been nearly 15 guests and they flew in and out! Friendly service, gave them a tip because they deserved it."
"I would rate this place low because of my recent experience. I went through the drive-thru and was asked to wait. After about ten minutes, I was informed that it would take even longer, and then I was finally told I could come inside. It seems like they really need to hire more staff for the weekend shifts, as they don’t have enough employees to handle the demand. I overheard four other customers expressing their frustration as well."

"It's a Subway. The actual reason I'm leaving this review is that on the two occasions I've paid with cash here, the employees have not given me all my change. They gave me the bills but kept the coins. It's happened with two different cashiers, which leads me to believe they're being trained to do this or something. I work in the building and have been here a few times, and I usually pay with a card. But twice they've gotten me with the cash thing. I forgot to use a card today and was reminded that they steal money at this location. Lesson learned, fool me once, etc."
"I gave this restaurant a 4-star review, but the service provided by the gentleman employee tonight was truly 5-star. Despite being the only staff member on duty and dealing with a busy evening, he remained pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately, the lack of preparation for a rush of customers resulted in some people leaving before their orders could be completed. The online ordering machine was also causing some chaos with constant beeping. Overall, the employee handled the situation with patience and professionalism, and the sandwiches were delicious. I would recommend some better planning for busy times, as we had to drive quite a distance to visit this Subway for the excellent customer service that sets it apart from other locations in the Brooklyn center area."

"I waited for about 45 minutes and was disappointed to find that the Subway sandwiches did not taste like they usually do. The salad and cucumbers were brown, and the spinach was wilted. None of the ingredients tasted fresh, and I ended up throwing the food in the trash. I am concerned about getting sick or food poisoning from this meal. The pickles were also tough to chew. It seems like this restaurant needs new management or should consider shutting down."

"This review goes out to my girl Gertha a.k.a. Peaches. She is always a delight when I've been in here. She has always greeted me walking in and asks how my day is going before even making anything. She makes sure that your food is to your liking. She's quick, efficient and does the damn thing. She cares. Will always be back because of her. Excellent customer service and she should be management if she isn't already. We need more people like this woman in customer service. Give her a raise."

"The restaurant has a very clean interior. The gentleman who prepared two sandwiches for me took his time, working diligently and not hurrying like you often see in other sub shops. He even let another customer know, "I'll be with you shortly; I'm working alone," which I appreciated. His professionalism, coupled with the cleanliness of the preparation area and his friendly attitude, really impressed me. The sandwiches were also fantastic! The bread was soft and fresh, and the meat and toppings were equally fresh. I highly recommend this place!"

"I had lunch on January 28, 2022, around 1:30 PM. As always, the food was great. The staff included what seemed to be the owner's son, and although this is a franchise, he didn't seem to listen at all. It felt like he was more interested in making his favorite sandwich, piling on toppings even after we requested none. Thankfully, the lady working with him stepped in. She was very polite, quick, and handled everything efficiently. I lowered my rating because of the kid; otherwise, it could have easily been a five-star experience."

"went here bc i had a coupon. there was a line to the door, no problem w that. but there was some lady with groceries sitting at a table right next to the door, begging customers for a ride home. she would ask every person who came into the place if they had a car and to take her home. i don't know abt others, but i hate going into an establishment to order food and being harassed by strangers. the people behind the counter ignored her bc i guess they were too busy to deal w someone harassing their customers. then, while waiting in line, i turned and saw a table top COVERED IN DEAD FLIES AND DUST. i looked up, the table is right under a filthy air vent and ceiling speaker that havent been cleaned in forever. i look over to the prep area. There was ANOTHER FILTHY AIR VENT over the counter where the employees were making sandwiches. Apparently the other customers didnt care what extras were dropping into their food. Absolutely disgusted, i turned and walked out. went to another subway in the area, which was much cleaner and no line. now as i write this review, i regret i didn't take pics. will be reporting this to corporate."

"I had the quickest and easiest experience with my order here! It was nice that the sandwich artist suggested what goes on the sandwich while she made it. I 've never been to a Subway where the worker did that. It took me less than 5 minutes with someone else to make my purchase and leave. Best Subway on this side of Springfield IMO."

"This location no longer accepts Subway coupons, and they have even disconnected their scanner. Previously, when they accepted coupons, there seemed to be a lot of confusion, with the same staff member checking the validity of the coupon during every visit. They also limited the $5.99 footlong option to only a few of the cheaper sandwiches, even though the coupon clearly stated that any footlong could be ordered. Overall, I found the staff to be argumentative and lacking in courtesy."

"The kid making my sandwich was so stoned he could barely hold his eyes open or respond, I paid for two combos but didn?t get the cookies for one of them. He put an older woman?s sandwich in my bag by accident and when she asked him if he could remake it hesaid ?are you seriously gonna make me do that all over again?. Would be hilarious if he wasn?t getting paid to do one of theeasiest jobs that there are. And yes I do know because I worked for subway for years. I?m annoyed."
