"I would rate this place low because of my recent experience. I went through the drive-thru and was asked to wait. After about ten minutes, I was informed that it would take even longer, and then I was finally told I could come inside. It seems like they really need to hire more staff for the weekend shifts, as they don’t have enough employees to handle the demand. I overheard four other customers expressing their frustration as well."

My steak and cheese had almost no cheese on it and was drier than the Sahara Desert. Also, the price is astronomical now for the portion size

I really enjoy this subway location. The staff are great and there's a nice mix of local characters. Grab a bite to eat here, and you'll be all set for an afternoon snack. At one point, I noticed a guy who was so relaxed that he was sleeping in the restaurant! View menu

There's a new employee who has probably been working here for about six months. During my last two visits, he has been incredibly helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I can't recall his name, but he has stretched earlobes and a very sweet voice. He really knows his stuff, and he even mentioned that pickles taste different but are still delicious.

I had a surprisingly good experience at The Underground in Fountain Inn. The lobby was clean, and the staff was polite while following safety precautions. When they finally brought out my Buffalo chicken sub, I was really happy! The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that Subway discontinued my wife's favorite honey oat bread. Nonetheless, we had a great time overall.
