"I ordered a foot-long turkey sub, but unfortunately, the bread was undercooked and doughy, making it difficult to chew. I had to bring this to the staff's attention. The woman I spoke with explained that the bread had been made that morning but hadn’t been baked properly; she even had trouble slicing it! When I asked for a replacement, she told me that wasn’t possible and that there would be no refunds. Another staff member offered to make me a new sandwich, but it ended up being burnt while still having the same undercooked texture. When I requested my receipt, she mentioned she was going to throw it away. In the end, she printed a duplicate for me, but it wasn’t for my order. I’ve usually had great service here, but today was very disappointing. Normally, there’s a young man who provides excellent service, but he wasn’t around this time."
