"I ordered a foot-long turkey sub, but unfortunately, the bread was undercooked and doughy, making it difficult to chew. I had to bring this to the staff's attention. The woman I spoke with explained that the bread had been made that morning but hadn’t been baked properly; she even had trouble slicing it! When I asked for a replacement, she told me that wasn’t possible and that there would be no refunds. Another staff member offered to make me a new sandwich, but it ended up being burnt while still having the same undercooked texture. When I requested my receipt, she mentioned she was going to throw it away. In the end, she printed a duplicate for me, but it wasn’t for my order. I’ve usually had great service here, but today was very disappointing. Normally, there’s a young man who provides excellent service, but he wasn’t around this time."

A few weeks ago, my girlfriend and I visited this restaurant for lunch and were very impressed with the service. The staff member who took our order was courteous and efficient, and the restaurant itself was spotless. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious!

It's clear that they close at 10 PM, as indicated on their website. We arrived at 9:30 PM, but were immediately told, "We're closed." The counter staff needs to be more attentive to customers. They seemed more focused on chatting with each other than on taking orders. One employee misinterpreted my husband’s order and had a negative attitude, trying to blame him for the mistake. This was our first visit, and it will definitely be our last.

I had a fantastic experience at Subway, thanks in large part to Serena, the employee who assisted me. She was exceptionally kind and friendly, even though the restaurant was quite busy. My order was prepared exactly to my liking, and her customer service was exceptional. I did notice that some of the other staff members behind the counter didn't seem very helpful. As for the food, it was delicious—I particularly enjoyed the new Series subs, especially the Boss!
