"The pu pu platter was fantastic for just $13, featuring delicious, meaty ribs and well-fried wings that weren't greasy at all. Everything was excellent. I also gauge a restaurant by its fried rice, and once again, Panda Wok impressed me. Unlike some places that use store-bought frozen peas and carrots, their fried rice included hand-cut onions and carrots, perfectly seasoned and mixed with the rice. The pork pieces were generous and flavorful, resulting in great fried rice.
I also tried their wide rice noodles with chicken and was equally pleased. It’s common for noodle dishes to be overly oily, but that wasn’t the case at Panda Wok.
Additionally, I appreciate their open kitchen setup visible from the counter. You can see that nothing is pre-made, and each chef carefully seasons their dishes by hand, demonstrating the skill of a seasoned chef who knows what they're doing.
Overall, this is the best American Chinese food I've had in the entire DMV area!"
