"I'm not sure if this was just a one-time bad experience, but we were really dissatisfied with our last order. I decided to give it another chance and placed another order, but I chose a 10% tip because it’s just not affordable with the added delivery fee. The chips were decent, and we received a large container of green salsa, but I was hoping for the red salsa we've had before, which might explain why I chose the lower tip.
Even now, as we eat, I feel compelled to update my review because the food is just not good. The only item worth eating is the queso, and even that was subpar last time. Unfortunately, this will be our last order from here. It's frustrating because I used to enjoy this place and appreciated the variety on the menu, but it seems like they've become complacent, focusing more on profits than quality. It's really disappointing—"Trash Papa" is a more fitting name for this experience."
