"I had the worst service I've ever experienced here. We were regular customers for years because the sushi was decent and conveniently located. Unfortunately, the waitress and all the staff were extremely rude. We ordered sushi without mayo, but when it arrived, I had to explain again that mayo makes me sick. The staff behind the counter insulted me by calling me a "Gajin" and cursed at me in Japanese. It was disheartening, especially after being a loyal customer for so long. Others left as well after witnessing this behavior. A customer behind me explained what "Gajin" meant, and it was truly heartbreaking. If you're considering takeout, the food is acceptable, but the service is honestly very disappointing."
