"I had the worst service I've ever experienced here. We were regular customers for years because the sushi was decent and conveniently located. Unfortunately, the waitress and all the staff were extremely rude. We ordered sushi without mayo, but when it arrived, I had to explain again that mayo makes me sick. The staff behind the counter insulted me by calling me a "Gajin" and cursed at me in Japanese. It was disheartening, especially after being a loyal customer for so long. Others left as well after witnessing this behavior. A customer behind me explained what "Gajin" meant, and it was truly heartbreaking. If you're considering takeout, the food is acceptable, but the service is honestly very disappointing."

I have been dining at this restaurant weekly for the past nine years, with the exception of the COVID pandemic.

This is a nice place if you want a quick meal. The sushi is decent—while there isn’t a wide variety, it’s fresh and well-made. Parking is convenient, with plenty of spaces available. View menu

This restaurant is definitely worth checking out. They serve large portions at great prices. The ambiance is always clean and has a lot of character. I highly recommend it to others.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant! I found that ordering over the phone was not an option, and when I finally received my order, it was incorrect. To make matters worse, they refused to offer a refund.

This is the best all-you-can-eat sushi I've ever had! I absolutely adore this hidden gem! My partner and I even joked about getting shirts to represent it! I can't get enough of their sushi. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the sushi chefs are truly talented. Love, love, love this place!

Food is always good and tasty, gotta have it lol. Atmosphere is chill, night time is cool for a date night intimate low light, great food and cool service with a smile. Come on in you won't be disappointed or order take-out I did this evening. Good food cool movie with my beautiful wife. Good times thank you Sato! Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking in front of restaurant as it should be, 36 door, portable tables so extra space is needed so everyone is comfortable and happy.

"This review is strictly on the service as the food has remained consistently good. I've also taken as much time as possible to allow for as an objective experience as possible. When the owners/staff are speaking animatedly and with more energy with other Indian patrons who are sitting at the bar--whether or not they are family friends, etc, but go completely silent when they serve, that's a red flag. I was in the mood for Indian food and was in the area running errands, so I decided to stop by. I didn't really think much of the interaction initially when I walked in and was seated, but this question is directed mainly at the man and woman whom I've seen the last two times I've been here. Is there a reason for the difference in demeanor? There was another family who came in and were seated for dinner shortly before I left, and I noticed they were treated the same way--with complete silence. I'd consider this a nuance of this place specifically since I've been to Indian restaurants in Diamond Bar, Ontario, and Pomona, and there are distinctly more interactive. I wouldn't consider this a nuance of introversion based on what I've seen or heard. I'm not looking to have a heart-to-heart conversation but at least have a basic level of interaction like a thank you or welcome. I thanked the man each time my water was refilled, and I also said thank you when leaving. NO REPLY at any point, and this is not an exaggeration or embellishment of the experience. This has been consistent. If you're going to order for takeout, you're fine. If you're good with silence, you're fine too. I'll stick with Curryland in Pomona. That's a rougher part of Pomona in a small and dense parking lot. The food there is just as good, and least there's an inkling of customer service. I'm done with this place."
