"The last time I came here with my family was before the pandemic. This was one of our go-to sushi places and the food was very good then. Fast forward to now... I 'm not really sure what happened to Shoboo, but there 's so many areas that need a lot of improvement. The servers were friendly, but I felt that they were super disorganized. They were mixing up our orders (though to be fair, we were a large party split into two tables . However, the server could not even identify which sushi was which, and we got very confused in the end. The server even said that apparently the sushi chef likes to mix things up by making the sushi rolls look different, which made us even more confused. They told us that they were behind on orders in the kitchen (most likely from their online orders . We asked for 4 orders of takoyaki--two came before the sushi and the other two came right after we finished all the sushi. It was very disorganized and slow. They had a lot of servers, but they were basically just standing their waiting for their chefs to finish the food. I honestly felt bad for the servers, but at the same time, they should really study their menu. The food here was okay during our recent visit, but most of the rolls were doused in sauce. The fish did not seem that fresh. Overall, a disappointing visit. I hope that Shoboo sees all the feedback here (lots of one-stars from the recent reviews! and fix what needs to be fixed."

"I haven't been to place in so long that I didn't even know they moved. It was a little hard to find, kind of hidden. Thanks to Google Maps, I found it, and there was parking. Inside, it looked small and had a nice simple layout. Not cluttered or anything, it was nice and organized. I had placed my order over the phone and was picking up. The lady who had taken my order was super nice and helpful. I was trying to figure out what the difference was between rice bowl and ordering the entree. She informed me that the only difference was that the rice bowl had more rice. While I was waiting, I liked that to my left, I could watch Itamae skillfully prepare and make the sushi. It made me wish I had ordered more sushi. I'll order more next time. I ordered: 1. Gyoza It was crunchy and fresh, I loved the sauce that went with it as well. It had a little kick. 2. California roll fresh and has a sweet taste to it 3. Beef and veggie bowl Hefty size, it had a lot of cabbage. I'm not a fan of cabbage, but it's one way to get me to eat veggies. 4. Beef bowl The meat was nice and tender. It did come with extra rice. I think next time I'll order extra meat or something. It wasn't enough meat and needed a little more sauce. I ended up giving my husband my beef to kind of balance it out some more. Overall, it was a great experience. I can't wait to come back soon. The prices were reasonably priced. Great service, and the 2 aunties that helped me with pick up was super nice."

"I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the all-you-can-eat option at Arigatto Sushi, and let me tell you, it was an indulgent feast for the senses. While the prices were slightly on the higher side for sushi, the value you receive is truly worth it if you arrive with a hearty appetite. As I delved into the culinary delights they offered, I found myself pleasantly surprised by the consistently high quality of their offerings.Every bite of sushi I ordered was a true delight. The expert chefs at Arigatto Sushi certainly know their craft, effortlessly crafting delectable rolls that showcased the freshness and skill that goes into their creations. From traditional favorites like California rolls to more adventurous combinations, each piece was a perfect balance of flavors and textures.Aside from the exceptional food, Arigatto Sushi also provided a warm and inviting atmosphere. I gathered with a group of friends, and we spent a delightful evening indulging in great food, engaging conversations, and shared laughter. The interior of the restaurant exuded a cool and clean ambiance, contributing to a memorable dining experience. However, I must note that the service at Arigatto Sushi was decent but not exceptional. There was a noticeable wait to be seated, and during our meal, the staff didn’t check in on us frequently. Nevertheless, the outstanding quality of the food overshadowed this minor inconvenience, leaving us completely satisfied. If you’re seeking a place to enjoy exceptional sushi in a trendy setting, Arigatto Sushi is a great choice. Just make sure to arrive hungry, as the all-you-can-eat option allows you to truly relish in the wide array of flavors and leave with a contented, full belly."

"My husband and I stayed here at 4:00, Thursday, 19. May 2022 with the intention to eat. There was a white, young guy (black hair, small built) who took our order. I noticed that he scratched his face and occasionally wiped his mouth with his fingers while taking our order. I mentioned this to my husband who addressed the problem to him and asked him to wash his hands before he prepares our food. The young man agreed. I stayed behind the counter and watched and waited for our order. There were 2 other people behind the counter, a manager, young, white woman named Sam and a young, white, chubby guy. The one who placed our order cooked our pommes, and he left a pan on the floor. I immediately asked the manager to give us a refund because the guys seemed to play Jesting or around, and I didn't want them to play around with our food. The other white, cloby guy who scrubbed the grill was annoyed and started screaming and cuddling. He said how he was tired of these (forced) customers complain and make it hard for them?!!! He was very proud and arrogant, and he doesn't have to work in a restaurant if he doesn't know how to show respect for the customers or himself. The manager told him to be silent or quiet, but she didn't have much control over his loud, forward mouth. It is most likely that we will not return to this place and recommend this place to our family or friends."
