"I ordered from here online it states 11$ for a bento box and after arriving to pick up my order they had charged me 15$. When calling the woman verbally attacked me telling me I looked at the wrong site for the price and should have looked at where you eat. Because the site I seen the price on is a fake site. Lol. The nerve to talk to me as if I am stupid. I didn't know the name of the restaurant was where you eat. The salad was wilted, I recieved less then a half of piece of chicken in one meal and 4 shrimp in another meal. As I am explaining the woman decided to tell me just because it is a Chinese restaurant does mean you get a deal and I could have made pasta for 99 cents at home. Complete rip off. The miso soup looks like dish water with seaweed in it. 50$ worth of food was equivalent to a 6$ children's item in a restaurant."

"I absolutely love this place! Every time I place an order, it arrives at my doorstep within 20 minutes, and the food is always beautifully prepared and still hot. I can’t stand when I order from other places and have to wait over an hour only to receive cold food. Here, the prices are very reasonable, and their customer service and delivery time are exceptional. The delivery person always remembers me after just one order and greets me with a smile, asking how I've been. I've tried many other Chinese restaurants around Garfield, but now this is the only one I keep coming back to. I'm eager to keep trying their delicious dishes!"

"I visited this restaurant because my usual spot is closed on Tuesdays. I usually dine in downtown Flushing, so I have high expectations, but this experience was disappointing by any measure. The mapo tofu was inedible since they used leftover spare rib tips for the pork, making the dish overly sweet, and they doused it with an excessive amount of pepper flakes to mask the flavor. The rest of the food, including simple lo mein and chicken with broccoli, was drenched in a thick soy-garlic sauce that was reminiscent of motor oil. The steamed pork dumplings were filled with something that didn’t even seem related to pork—definitely some kind of manufactured meat product. I would recommend avoiding this place unless you're really desperate for a meal."

"A mixed bag this time around: Order was correct; delivery was timely and courteous, no problem there; and their Wonton Eggdrop Soup was wonderful as always. However, the other items were not up to Spring Garden's usual excellent standard. The meat in the White Meat General Tso's Chicken was very dry, tough, and skimpy. And while the shrimps in the Shrimp w/ Lobster Sauce were fresh and ample sized, the sauce wasn't what we expected not spoiled or bad, just odd tasting. Maybe we're just used to a different type of Lobster Sauce, or maybe Spring Garden was just having an off day, who knows? In any event they're still on our go to list and we'd definitely be happy to order from them again; we just hope next time they'll be back to their usual five star quality."

"Overpriced and disappointing. I decided to order through Uber Eats because of the high rating, but I was very disappointed. When the food arrived and we opened it, some dishes seemed undercooked. The orange chicken was primarily batter with very little chicken and wasn't cooked thoroughly; it was so unappetizing that I couldn’t eat more than two pieces before feeling nauseous. The crab rangoon had hardly any crab in it—just tasted like pure cream cheese—and came with an unappetizing sweet pink sauce that reminded me of a melted Jolly Rancher. The beef fried rice was also poorly executed; instead of being fried, it was just a mushy, wet pile of rice with undercooked beef and no vegetables or egg. I would never order from this place again, not even if I were inebriated. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either."

"I placed my order over the phone, and the guy told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. Since I was in the Bronx, I got in my car and drove to the restaurant in the Heights, only to find out that he never actually put my order in. I heard him mention my call to a lady, and she finally took my order, but then made me wait an additional 20 minutes to receive it. The tostones tasted like old oil and were soggy, and my beef Szechuan dish was mostly vegetables, with only three small pieces of beef. They charged me $16 for food that wasn’t even prepared correctly. The older gentleman had no customer service skills whatsoever, although the lady was nice. Overall, the experience was subpar, and I considered leaving the food behind but didn’t want to waste it. In hindsight, I should have, because it was really disappointing."

"We ordered the shrimp pad Thai, pork and shrimp spring rolls, and the Grilled Lemongrass Beef and Eggroll Vermicelli Bowl. The portion sizes were generous, and the meats in each dish were substantial—definitely not stingy. In the past, I’ve often found that when I order dishes with shrimp or beef, I receive very little meat, but that wasn't the case here. Overall, the food was quite good. The sauce for the Grilled Lemongrass Beef and Eggroll Vermicelli Bowl was a tad bland, though still enjoyable. The Shrimp Pad Thai was excellent—pad Thai is one of my favorite dishes, and this one was delicious! The spring rolls were also tasty, and I would definitely order them again for the price."
