"I asked for the total price of my order WITH TIP on Tuesday night. The worker says..41.35$Then the next day I noticed my account said 46.35I called them, she said yes I remember it was only 41.35 CALL YOUR BANK(says the other employee)I say.. my bank did not do this. It’s coming up under China King, yours only”.. he says you have no receipt find receipt.I tell him I think she forgot to add the tip. Meaning she told me the price (and I told this to her too) before the tip, but she keeps on insisting that she included the tip.She says THREE times, no I did not. I said I think you forgot to include the tip. Just deliberately wouldn’t hear.He says,call the bank this happens all the time to my customers.After enough pushing he says. Ok I’ll call you back after he tries to “find the order”so I dug through the trash and found the receipt. I called him back and realized that she gave me the wrong price without the tip.(like I said the first time to her) I said there are 2 receipts on my bag stapled. One for 41.35 one for 46.35$The male says, two receipts we don’t have two receipts? I said you guys sent a stapled receipt to the Bag., you don’t know your receipts? He says one is NOT OURS.I told them that they lied about this and even when I first called she said the total was 41.35.everybody refused to apologize or say sorry, and then he told me that I should say sorry because I called without a receipt and I could be lying and hear wrong. The first thing they told me in the beginning was that it wasn’t the TIP!! Like 3 times!I said,”this isn’t even a big deal, I said all you had to do was just say sorry, and it would’ve been fine, and they completely refused.I have NEVER seen customer service so bad and I have never met Employees so prideful, and the lying was just to the point of excessiveness. Then I SHOWED them how to say , I’m sorry we must have messed up. They still wouldn’t say it.. I was like look I can say it! I’m sorry. Then he’s like well her English is not that good. I said that’s not the point. After a long time of going back-and-forth about trying to teach them proper customer service, and that I was in customer service for a long time he finally hung up and before he hung up, he said we’ve been in business for a long time I said I’m sorry, but I’m gonna have to leave a review about this. My concern is his statement in the beginning that this happens to customers all the time they’re not giving the right price out at the beginning and they have two receipts that they don’t even know that they stapled the bag with two different prices. There wasn’t anything legitimate that I know of there was just a lot of nonsense and saying that the tip isn’t theirs, and has nothing to do with their business."
