"I waited in an empty drive-thru for 15 minutes while observing 4-5 staff members inside who seemed completely unproductive. One girl was walking around eating fries and not doing anything. I even saw two employees having to show a confused coworker how to put ham in a biscuit! There were no apologies for the long wait. Additionally, I was informed they only had one Boberry biscuit available, and if I wanted two, I would have to wait another five minutes or opt for a cinnamon twist instead. After sitting there for 15 minutes witnessing such poor service, I was finally handed my food without a single word, which was cold by that point. I cannot recommend this Bojangles location. These employees need to be let go immediately."
