"Not sure how this is rated so high and why reservations are needed. We walked in for a valentines date expecting to give our names and a table would be waiting for us per reservation protocol. We were told to sit wherever we liked which was good, and we didn’t even have to give our name. The service was also average. Wasn’t bad, but seeing as it got busy later, they get a pass here. If you make a reservation here this is what to expect: average Thai food. Mediocre service. Horrible ambience TVs everywhere, wires dangling, graffitied windows, bathroom is a few minute walk around the building, so expect your company will await your return a of 5min minimum. The pricing didn’t reflect the level of food quality, but did meet expectations of an average Thai restaurant. My recommendation is neutral."

"I will never eat here again.When my family and I walked inside to be seated, the host did not greet us and our server took up the menus and just walked away. The host had to say “you can go with her”.Second, I ordered the special fried Thai rice with NO PORK. And they handed me a plate with pork. I started to eat it because I specifically ordered my food with NO pork. Then I realized there was pork in there and I couldn’t believe it.Terrible experience from a spontaneous decision.I recommend their food because it’s okay, but do not sit in there and eat, the service was terrible."

"My family was treated very kindly. The place was very clean and I notice that the worker who took our order also cleaning when they go, instead of standing behind the counter like most restaurants. We had a high chair, even if we didn't need one, that was great. Most pho restaurants do not offer unless we ask. My husband, I have Bowl-pho, I love my oxtail and he loves his seafood-pho. We enjoy the broth, it was perfect. Laab was dinner for my husband, the dish could cook or raw, he wanted raw, his whole time favorite. We forgot to ask for sticky rice instead of steam rice, but his dinner was still satisfying. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and my family. Keep the great team Pho8"

"Came twice and both times, the food was fantastic. The flavors are strong (in a good way) and the service and staff is also really nice and kind. I highly recommend the Thai tea, too...stir it up first, but the flavor is wonderful. The food is also tasty with our favorite being the lemon chicken dishes, although everything we had (Pad Thai and crispy chicken) were also great. The price is not too bad, either, and we never had to wait for a table. We only went during lunch, so"

"This was the best meal I've had in a long time. The Pad Thai at The Pad 27 was incredibly delicious and the portion size was huge. I prefer mild spice, and it was so flavorful. The Thai Iced Tea was absolutely amazing and now I won't order anything else. Additionally, the BBQ Pork Buns were fantastic - not too sweet and with a great filling. You won't be disappointed!"
