"Most unwelcoming, unfriendly and openly rude service I have encountered in the state of Alaska. Just walked in to pick up a to-go order for the first time and was asked my name repeatedly (just me and one other table there btw), was told my order wasn't ready when it was clearly sitting on the counter, was told to go over there and just wait (where? and the middle-aged Asian server actually narrowed her ill-mannered eyes at me and gave me a dirty look when she walked by. The most incredible part was I was so shocked by the entire staff's behavior that I commented about how unfriendly they were and literally no one even batted an eye or said anything. Hated to give these awful people my money. I definitely do not recommend. My guess is they do a lot of delivery because no one would come here and deal with these horrible women in person. Food is overpriced and average taste."

This place is a must if you're craving some soup. We always get the ox tail pho. The broth taste so good!!! Customer service is amazing. Always so welcoming.

I always get the Pho-Rind! the Pho-breast is so tasteful definitiw a top hit. they can never go wrong with the crispy pork meal or bark pillow thai. their shares are quite large so they are enough to share with someone! I never go without a coffee.

in what I got, I had the Pho-commo ordered the only thing that was in it was pieces of meat not I ask for no trip, but rather long, but there was nothing at all and forgot my chili oil over price for it and also the fresh rolls were ordered in order probably my last time from this place? View menu

The atmosphere is nothing special but it's always neat and clean. The food on the other hand is superb! Good sized portions, dependable quality and fast, friendly service. This location is equidistant to my colleague's office, so we meet here weekly for lunch and usually get the same thing every time, Pad Thai with Tofu and it never fails to satisfy. Make sure you add a generous amount of the chili paste on the table to your flavor and heat preference, and enjoy!

Never experienced such horrible customer service. I placed an order over the phone at their Fireweed location and drove to that location. When I got there they said I ordered at their other location on Denali. This def was not the case!! I ordered from their fireweed location and they acted like they had no idea. Then when I drove to the Denali location they acted like it was my fault. Definitely not good enough food to put up with terrible customer service. Go to Saigon or Lena.
