"Sundaes The Ice Cream Place makes really good homemade ice cream! This was the first time I’ve ever been to this location, but I’ve gone to their other location by me lots of times in Matawan. They are generous with portions, and they let you sample as well! My favorite flavors are the seasonal Pumpkin, Robert Brownie Jr., Ooey Gooey Oreo, and Peanut Butter Overload. The ice cream is nice and creamy! Definitely worth the stop and the calories!"

"Amazing pastries and other finger foods, great service and friendly, helpful staff. On a personal level, I love that this is one of the few places in Utah where you can get actual South Indian filter coffee served in the traditional way. This was the firstplace I?ve found this coffee prepared and served like what I encountered while living in India. The puff pastries are also anauthentic experience based on my experience living in India. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn?t too crowded. If you?rein the south Jordan area this is definitely worth a visit. It?s also about five minutes or so west from I-15"

"This little café may be small, but the flavors are incredibly vibrant! It's quite easy to locate. The prices are fantastic considering the quality of the food! The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The selection of baked goods is overwhelming in the best way possible! They also offer a variety of savory wraps, sandwiches, and pizzas. If you're in the Worcester area, be sure to stop by for a Wholly Cannoli!"

"I would rate this place a four, but unfortunately, they only offer two flavors of vegan ice cream on the menu. If you're looking for anything other than chocolate or salted caramel, you're out of luck. You can buy a pint from the freezer section for $7, but that means you can't enjoy it there—you'd have to take it home. The atmosphere was quite hectic; it was busy and noisy, with lots of kids running around, which is expected at an ice cream shop. However, the young staff behind the counter kept urging us to move along, making us feel rushed and pressured to order quickly to keep the lines moving. With all the chaos from the kids, it wasn't the most enjoyable experience. On top of that, we weren't greeted or thanked, and for just four scoops of ice cream in two cups and a pint, we ended up paying $20."

"She told us our total, ripped the receipt off without saying anything, and her body language and facial expressions made it clear that she was upset about something—who knows what. Our total was $20.07, and after we handed her a $30 bill, she mistakenly gave us 4 cents back instead of 96 cents. It wasn’t a big deal, but it was obvious her mind was elsewhere. The takeaway here for the girl who helped us is that it’s important to be kind to customers. You’re a representative of your business and a part of the team that keeps everything running smoothly. I walked in after a long day of managing my own business and serving customers, and I expect at least a friendly attitude and accurate change when I spend my hard-earned money."

"It was 31deg outside but my ice cream, rum raisin flavor was melting when it was served. They also charged me $0.29 for the sugarcone!! Yikes… but probably I would go back there again. "Oh, and the ice cream is great too! The service is friendly and the portions are very generous. I tried the Eleven's Sky flavor for a special reason. The location is in an upscale shopping area with clean outdoor seating, surrounded by lush, flowering plants and charming little palms. I chose one of the lovely green wooden swing chairs and turned it towards the vibrant orange sunset while savoring my dessert. Closing my eyes, it felt like I was in Kauai! I truly enjoyed finding my collectible and treating myself to ice cream at such a fantastic price!"

"We decided to go through the drive-thru, where a young lady asked for our order. We requested one quart of jamoca almond fudge and one quart of pistachio, only to be told, "Sorry, we don’t have any." I couldn’t believe it. It was frustrating to see that those two employees seemed uninterested in serving customers at all. We ended up going to another location where we were able to buy our quarts plus more. Manager or owner, I hope you take note of this situation."

"There are so many options to choose from! I enjoy trying new flavors or revisiting ones I haven't had in a while until I find the one that truly satisfies my taste buds. When I do, I usually go for a double sugar cone. Just a heads up, their parking lot is quite small, so parking can be a bit challenging."

"I asked to order a cake. The employee said 24 hours. Apparantly though she couldn 't make a cake in chocolate(?!? in 24 hours. Advised they needed 48 hours for a chocolate cake. Then said I 'd be happier with a pre-made cake in a flavor of her choice instead. A very condescending comment from employee followed. Let 's see: unwrap a sheetcake that 's pre-made 10 minutes, pull a tub of chocolate and cut a half gallon, 10 minutes. Put in walk in freezer to sit while the ice cream frosting is warming slightly to room temp, 30 minutes. Remove cake from freezer and frost, 10 minutes. Place back in freezer then decorate. I 've made hundreds. I guess the owners of this BR don 't need special orders or support customer service. For the $28 dollar price I will make my own and have it ready in a few hours. Thanks BR Dimond for the lousy service, glad you don 't need my money. Another entitled employee who is owed a job and can 't be asked to perform above a C average."

"We’ve had no issues during our visits. I find it interesting how strict the rules are at this location, with numerous signs advising customers not to touch things. I overheard an employee telling another family that they weren’t offering samples due to the pandemic. I understand the reasoning behind this, but given that mask restrictions have changed, it makes me wonder if they’re doing it to cut costs or to deter people who like to sample so much that it ultimately amounts to a free meal. I’ve definitely tried some flavors that weren’t great, but we just discard those. I also saw another family ask for a replacement, although they might have been the type to eat half of their ice cream before voicing a complaint. Who can say for sure?"
