I paid $6 for a scoop of ice cream, but it was hardly even a scoop.

Worst serve even slow and no customer service help at all. Put 1 spon not 2 and the cone broke

Everything about this place is cool, the service, tastes and the place is clean. I like the flavors especially the baseball nut flavor is tasty View menu

This La Mesa Baskin Robbins has been here for as long as I can remember. They have recently remodeled and the store looks so nice, clean and modern. They offer a large variety of ice cream, cakes, sundays smoothies and shakes.

12 ounces? You've got to be kidding me! This level of laziness at work is unacceptable. On August 7th at 8:30, the young lady who served me claimed she weighed it, but that was definitely not 12 ounces. I paid full price for it too!

I've been coming to Baskin Robbins, here as a kid 50yrs ago, mint chip has always been my favorite, the two young ladiesWorking there was very, very nice and made my sisters and I three great sundaes Thank You, I'll be back soon. This BR is always busy. The service is ok. The scoops of ice cream has down size big time. I go here if I want good quality ice cream. I just recently had a bad experience. As I was eating my sundae last night A long hair came in my mouth. I threw away my whole sundae after only having 2 scoops. I think they should wear hairnets especially in and out of the ice cream fridge. But I love the Nutty Coconut, Mint chocolate chip, Cheese cake, and Pecan Praline.

Every single time I visit this Baskin Robbins it's poppin' with excitement, happy customers of all ages. Ice cream screams fresh flavors, especially mine: Mint Chocolate Chip! Cherries Jubilee! Service gets better'n better with management on premises. Ambience--Place remains tidy, fun with displays of higher end treats like Fathers Day Cakes.YELPers ice-cream lovers, get in here you will be one of the happy customers I YELP. She told us our total, ripped the receipt off without saying anything, and her body language and facial expressions made it clear that she was upset about something—who knows what. Our total was $20.07, and after we handed her a $30 bill, she mistakenly gave us 4 cents back instead of 96 cents. It wasn’t a big deal, but it was obvious her mind was elsewhere. The takeaway here for the girl who helped us is that it’s important to be kind to customers. You’re a representative of your business and a part of the team that keeps everything running smoothly.
