"I have absolutely no idea what is wrong with this place I placed a $30 order somehow it showed up on Uber eats which I did not place and they charged me $80 I called immediately disputed the charge and ask what happened. I've been trying to place the order even after my $80 that and I was told it doesn't exist I called the actual place the man over the phone started yelling at me and telling me there's no uner order or no 88 order.. and after he hung up on me twice I explained that of course there wouldn't be I never placed them that I've been trying to contact their store for over 2 hours to order directly. He said he would take my phone mind you he's extremely rude and was screaming I kept asking him to stop yelling at me I kept asking him to allow me to place the order I got halfway through my beef and broccoli order before he hung up on yet again. I have no idea how regular order could get him to hang up in my face again....I was charged $120 and I did not receive a single thing from this restaurant all of it will be pending for the next 10 to 14 daysI'm not allowed to Dribe due to a recent medical emergency which is the only said never mind I was still willing to spend money there even after I hung up on and the owner still yelled at me and still treated me bad.Oh but if you are of the Asian cultural lineage you can literally Rob that place and he'd probably give you a second servings he's only racist against white people and black people injured people and poor he's a horrible person Dietary restrictions: They served food to people with that on the counter and refused to serve me even though I was attacked outside of their restaurant begging for help I guess I was becoming for his other customers that had blood on their but they did not care that I was attacked and was begging for medical service while I was waiting on my food that they refused to give me.Also I guess emergencies don't have to rich people so I was just called a homeless drug addict even though it's the furthest from the truth and I'm a very successful American citizen and I cannot say the same for that racistThey gave food covered in human blood splatter to although those same people did not seem to mind that there was blood all over the restaurant. He called me a homeless drug addict because I was attacked by some feral animal outside his property. And you're still eating human. It is absolutely disgusting that there was blood everywhere in this and people still sat there and ate it but he called me a homeless drug addict because I was attacked by a cat I have never been homeless I'm not on drugs and this place should have been shut down the first time I was they got real homeless problems you can't even place an order here anymore and if you do expect it not to be washed cleaned and expected to be at least two to three days. As a Revere we have plenty of options to try to pick up food this one is all bad and anyone eating it is obviously not clear on the rules of how a restaurant is supposed to be ran"

"We ordered drinks, but the glasses they were served in were inadequate. The drinks were poorly made, as the person mixing them was also preparing sushi, and seemed to lack bartending experience. They only had two martini glasses, which were quickly confiscated once emptied. I ordered a Cosmopolitan, which came in a juice glass, and it contained the wrong ingredients with an excessive amount of vodka. The water glasses varied greatly in size, making the experience even more inconsistent. As for the food, everyone in our party ordered from the hibachi grill. The cook appeared very inexperienced, frequently dropping his utensils. Three people ordered salmon, and it was spoiled, while those who chose chicken received it overcooked. The vegetables accompanying the stir-fry had a stale taste. Having dined at numerous Japanese hibachi grill restaurants before, I can confidently say this was the worst experience I've had. The service was lacking as well; our server didn't seem to care about our concerns and even dismissed my request to speak to the manager as if it was a joke. In my opinion, this restaurant deserves a visit from the Virginia Health Department to ensure they meet health regulations and proper standards—or to potentially be shut down altogether. The staff struggled to communicate in English, which hindered effective interaction with customers. I don't know what the locals in Wytheville are accustomed to, but this establishment certainly does not meet standards for safe dining. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone."
