"I live right down the road from here and it’s me and my boyfriend’s all time favorite place in the city! The panang curry is TO DIE FOR!! Their lunch special is awesome!! On special nights we get the pineapple duck curry cause it’s the best thing on this planet I swear on everything you have to try it!! We go here almost 2-3 times a week sometimes cause we just can’t get enough of it! Not to mention the amazing ambiance, I loveee how dimly lit it is at night!! Such a vibe with such amazing food!!! Such sweet wait staff aswell!! Shoutout to Penny and Emmy Vegetarian options: Tofu options with about everything"

The best Thai food I've ever tasted! I'm in New York for two weeks, and I will definitely be returning. Absolutely phenomenal. Food: 5/5

Amazing little Thai place. They do a great lunch deal for $10/15 and it’s such good value. The drunken noodles are as good as anywhere. Definitely recommend.

Below average quality and service. Ordered three dishes from the menu and all three were served cold steamed dumplings, soup and entreè drunken noodles. Bland and cold.

This restaurant is great for takeout, but it also features a charming and cozy dining area for those who prefer to eat in. I highly recommend trying the red curry with chicken! View menu

I had an amazing first experience here and I can’t wait to return! Everything we ordered was packed with flavor, incredibly fresh, and arrived promptly. Thank you for a wonderful Thai food experience!

Just had lunch special Pad Se-Ew. It’s too salty and too sweet that I couldn’t taste anything else as I was eating. I’ve been drinking 2 bottles of water already and it’s still salty. Not really worth the money.

The food was fantastic! I ordered the lunch special, which included an appetizer, soup or salad, and an entrée, all for the price of just the entrée. I can't wait to return and try the other dishes, as the ones we had were absolutely outstanding! View menu

Really love this local gem. Great, solid Thai with the usual options plus some specialties to keep things interesting. Friendly service, quaint and generally quieter inside. The BYO really makes this special and a perfect place to come with roommates or a couple friends to enjoy good, affordable Thai with some beer or wine. Favorite dishes here are the pad see ew, green curry and clay pot. Curry puff and fried dumplings are also great to start. Drunken noodles were just ok

The food is good, someone put thought into the ingredients added to the food. When I went it was empty but I feel like the service would stay good regardless. I got drunken noodles which were well made, spicy and seasoned enough to make each bite feel just as good as the last, and the Thai Iced was well balanced the sweet and bitterness of the tea felt cohesive and not like two flavors forced together. Considering it was in Manhattan I believe the price, portion and flavor is a close match to the Thai places in Queens. Definitely worth a try.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
