"I am writing to share my experience at your restaurant, Pad Thai, on Saturday, August 31st, 2024, around 7:30 p.m. When I arrived, the host greeted me and asked where I would like to sit. I chose a table on the right side near the bar. The host gave me water, but there was not enough ice in it. I waited for a long time, but no server came to take my order, even though they were serving other tables and takeout orders. Finally, a server came to my table after 15 minutes, and I asked for a Thai iced tea and a straw for my water. I also ordered the Red Curry with Chicken and Shrimp, requesting a mild spice level and a spice tray. After waiting for another 10 to 15 minutes, the Thai iced tea was served, but I had to ask for a straw for my water again. I expressed my disappointment with the poor service I had received, stating that it was not acceptable. The Red Curry that was brought to me was medium-spiced instead of mild as I had requested. In conclusion, I was very disappointed with the service at Pad Thai that evening. I hope that this feedback will help improve the customer experience in the future. I have never had issues with Pad Thai before, but last night was unacceptable. Thank you for taking the time to address this issue."
