"1. This restaurant is not geared towards walk-in customers. Mobile orders take precedence, and the kitchen staff are extremely busy handling the phones and tablets for those orders. 2. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated, another 20 minutes to place our order, and then 30 minutes to receive our food. 3. The manager simply walked around, hurrying the lone server to clean tables, take new orders from walk-in customers, and make coffee. It was astonishing to see him give so much attention to a woman in a revealing dress, who received her order much faster than ours—after we waited over 45 minutes just to place our order. 4. To top it off, when the server brought the check, the manager took care of the payment and tip himself. 5. Is this a coffee shop? When I inquired about the brand or country of the ground coffee, none of the staff could provide an answer."
