"For appetizers, the handmade corn and goat cheese tamales are a must-try, receiving a perfect 10/10! The chilled shrimp ceviche was refreshing with just a hint of spice, and the accompanying crispy plantain chips were just right, scoring an 8.5/10.
For the main course, the pan-seared Chilean sea bass was outstanding! It was perfectly cooked with a lovely crisp exterior and a well-balanced chimichurri sauce. The rice was incredibly soft and flavorful, complemented nicely by sautéed peppers—definitely a dish I recommend giving a full 10/10!
In terms of service, the staff were friendly, well-groomed, and attentive. We truly enjoyed our experience and will be back for sure! I also suggest making a reservation at Raised by Wolves across the street at UTC Mall before dinner and then head over for a cocktail at a really cool speakeasy afterward!"
