"For appetizers, the handmade corn and goat cheese tamales are a must-try, receiving a perfect 10/10! The chilled shrimp ceviche was refreshing with just a hint of spice, and the accompanying crispy plantain chips were just right, scoring an 8.5/10. For the main course, the pan-seared Chilean sea bass was outstanding! It was perfectly cooked with a lovely crisp exterior and a well-balanced chimichurri sauce. The rice was incredibly soft and flavorful, complemented nicely by sautéed peppers—definitely a dish I recommend giving a full 10/10! In terms of service, the staff were friendly, well-groomed, and attentive. We truly enjoyed our experience and will be back for sure! I also suggest making a reservation at Raised by Wolves across the street at UTC Mall before dinner and then head over for a cocktail at a really cool speakeasy afterward!"

The service was attentive, and the food was tasty. However, a large group arrived, which made us wait quite a while for our dinner after we finished our appetizers. They did attempt to compensate for the delay by offering us another margarita and a glass of wine.

In summary, I plan to return very soon because there’s so much more I want to try. Our waitress was attentive to all our requests. With my birthday coming up, I’ve already told my significant other that this is where I want to celebrate. I was too full for dessert, but I've heard great things about the flan. I visited this restaurant for brunch this morning and was pleasantly surprised. I've been to the Red O in Fashion Island before, where it's always extremely busy, but fortunately, this location was a bit more relaxed and we were seated quickly. Me? I brought my wife to RED O'. The food was delicious and unique. Everything was just delicious. Everything tasted homemade....not laborious. The rice and the beans were served separately on another dish while my delicious lobster shrimp chili relleno was first class. The chips and salsa were also fabulous. I even took an order home with me. In summary, I want to come back very soon, as there is so much I want to rehearse. Our waitress was very attentive to our request. My birthday's right around the corner, and I've alerted my important other person to come here. I was too full to taste dessert, and I heard that the flan is delicious. Go on! We'll come back!

We felt taken advantage of when the beverage cart arrived. We didn't understand our waiter's explanation of what was offered, but he ended up serving us glasses of tequila. For dinner, we thought we would start with the recommended taquitos and ask for the bean dip. Both dishes were disappointing the taquitos were cold and the chicken meat was dry, while the bean dip was lukewarm. We were unexpectedly surprised when our waiter commented that the taquitos were deep fried. When we asked for our bill, the waiter removed the two appetizers, but we were even more shocked when the two drinks cost us over $100.
