For a reasonable price of $10 to $20 per person, we enjoyed a fantastic meal. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect rating of 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, providing attentive and friendly support throughout our visit. The atmosphere was inviting and vibrant, making it a perfect setting for dinner. I highly recommend trying the Chips and Salsa as well as the Combination Platter – both dishes are simply delicious!"

"The restaurant only offers a brunch menu for breakfast, including a Fruit Platter, Entree, and Dessert. We were informed that we could request our burrito to be made vegan, but there were limited options available. We had to substitute black beans and cilantro rice for the Mexican rice, which contains chicken stock. The quality of the food and presentation did not meet our expectations given the price. Overall, I would say that this restaurant is not very vegan-friendly for breakfast. I suggest exploring other options for breakfast."

"Got the agave margarita. For a gal that doesn’t like a strong drink, it didn’t taste strong but it was . The enchilada verde was YUM. They recommended with the shredded beef and I really enjoyed it. My husband got the steak and shrimp fajitas. We loved how they give you a ton of meat and veggies. Everything was YUM and the staff were really helpful and nice. Would definitely go again if I could."

"Food is NOT GREAT NOR GOOD. We a party of 9. All our beans had zero salt. And cold. The supposedly hand made tortillas were ridiculous thick. More like a sope yes. I guarantee it's no a mexican making them. The fajitas were 80 percent veggies and 20 percent meat. This restaurant can't be any cheaper. I asked for a chile toriado it came almost at the end. The kids burritos are actually taco flour tortillas the smallest there can be in the grocery store. It was my birthday and was brought a old and saggy taste piece of cheesecake. The conclusion is that there cheap and don't care about quality. THEY Go around to fill plates.. to profit. The waiter didn't even come to see if okay or if we needed anything. Oh but they sure put their own gratitude on the bill even do the service was the worst. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT."

"This restaurant is our go-to for authentic Mexican cuisine. It’s a cozy, family-friendly spot with ample seating and a welcoming bar area. They offer outdoor dining when the weather allows. Their margaritas are excellent, with a variety of flavors to try. The service is top-notch, with cheerful and professional staff. The food is consistently amazing—we’ve sampled nearly everything on the menu. This time, we enjoyed the steak and shrimp dinner plate, along with steak and enchiladas. If you’re in the area, be sure to stop by for a fantastic dining experience that will leave you feeling satisfied and content. Parking: The restaurant boasts a spacious parking lot that includes designated handicap parking spaces. "We started eating here a few months ago, and the food is very good. All chicken, pork and beef dishes are excellent. Not dry like most other Mexican restaurants we’ve eaten at. What I really like is that none of the dishes are really spicy, as I cannot tolerate very spicy dishes. The green sauce is perfect. Will definitely continue eating at this restaurant."

"This is our local go-to Mexican restaurant. The table salsa is fantastic, the menu is varied, and the service is always great. The food is plentiful too. In fact, whenever I order a meal for dining in, I ask for the beans rice sides to go."

"First time to this restaurant and the experience surpassed our expectations. Great service from Alex and his staff, delicious, plentiful appetizers and entrees with a delicious dessert menu. Our only disappointment was we ordered two pitchers of Cadillac Margaritas on the rocks. Both pitchers were light on the tequila, even my wife who doesn’t drink much didn’t feel any buzz. Maybe we will just order individual drinks versus pitchers. All in all, very good dining experience and we’ll definitely be back"

"This is a great little spot that's been here for years. It's a mix of Mexican/American cuisine.Drinks are well made and not watered down. I usually like having their menudo or their chilaquiles with a side of margaritas. The atmosphere is casual and layback, with the majority of their costumers being regulars. We'll priced menu as well. It's a good regular spot to come back and back again"

"Solid setup.. If you are a Mexican food lover, this is a must to stop and try!! My family and I ate here a few times. I waited to try some articles before a first and solid review. The food is amazing. Apps are great! Only fall is to get a beautiful nachos with all goods, you must order the meal. It's not an app. What we order with the Chipotle Chicken Queens. wow.its good. I am a great follower of seafood Burritos!! Absolutely the best I had everywhere! My children enjoy the atmosphere and they have a great choice as seen in my pictures for order. Not to mention, they can make solid margaritas. they make sure that they don't come short on the alcohol!!! If you have thought about trying or being in the area... stop, eat and tell me your thoughts!! Just go away and stand by my words months ago!! AMAZING."

"Discovering a restaurant that offers excellent food, outstanding service, and reasonable prices is truly a treasure in today’s world. Given everything going on, it's reassuring to find places that still shine. El Nopal is definitely one of those gems."

"I must say, I am pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! The service here is exceptional, from the friendly greetings to the attentive waitstaff and talented chefs. The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. We never have to wait long for our orders, which is a huge plus. The overall experience and atmosphere at Casa Las Palmas is always top-notch. I would definitely give this restaurant a 10-star rating!"

"to walk around 12:45-1:15 (mid of lunch) ordered a half pitcher of the margaritas queso fundido, 20 minutes later margarita did not end any queen. bartender who speaks with the customer at the bar, manager sitting alone on a table, maybe 8 customers total at 3 tables = not very busy. When I ask for the queen bartender check kitchen, come back and asks if we still want it. queso fundido? no. queso fundido in her fundio? yes! paid for drinking left without appetizer, meals at least 2 more half pitcher of margaritas we had planned. the first time after closing into a restaurant, our goal was to keep it under $200.00 they saved us at least $175.00 only by ignoring us. the manager still sat on the table and did nothing when we were gone."

"For appetizers, the handmade corn and goat cheese tamales are a must-try, receiving a perfect 10/10! The chilled shrimp ceviche was refreshing with just a hint of spice, and the accompanying crispy plantain chips were just right, scoring an 8.5/10. For the main course, the pan-seared Chilean sea bass was outstanding! It was perfectly cooked with a lovely crisp exterior and a well-balanced chimichurri sauce. The rice was incredibly soft and flavorful, complemented nicely by sautéed peppers—definitely a dish I recommend giving a full 10/10! In terms of service, the staff were friendly, well-groomed, and attentive. We truly enjoyed our experience and will be back for sure! I also suggest making a reservation at Raised by Wolves across the street at UTC Mall before dinner and then head over for a cocktail at a really cool speakeasy afterward!"

"The food at this restaurant was delicious. I tried the seafood burrito and chimichanga with rice and beans, both of which were generously loaded with seafood. The burrito was quite large, while the chimichanga was very tasty with the addition of queso. My daughter ordered a combo plate with a burrito and hard taco, and she thoroughly enjoyed it. My friend had the seafood burritos and found them to be very filling and worth the money. The service was a bit lacking, as we never received some of the things we asked for, but our waitress was busy and another server was attempting to assist us with his tables as well. Overall, I would return to this restaurant. The environment was nice, clean, and friendly."

"We were visiting Dunn and searched for a mexican restaurant. I had vegan fajitas. They had a couple vegetarian options. Not much to look at but the food was good. This restaurant is attached to a motel chain. The atmosphere was typical of a mexican restaurant. The bathrooms are shared with the motel lobby. They could have been cleaner but not filthy either. We would eat there again. Service: Dine in"

"This place is a scam. Yesterday, my son and I went and ordered Carne Asada and cheese dip. My 7-year-old son only wanted a side of Carnitas. They brought him the carnitas in the tiny cheese dip bowls they have and charged us $6. I thought that was a lot for a portion that was about the same as a $3 taco, but I didn't complain. Today we went back and ordered the exact same thing. They again brought my son the tiny portion of carnitas in the little cheese dip container, but this time they charged us $9. I politely mentioned it to the cashier, who asked the waitress's son. He then asked his mom and rudely said something like, "Yesterday they made a mistake, the $9 price is correct. I'm sorry." I cannot believe a portion not even enough for a 7-year-old in a tiny container should cost $9. This kind of greedy attitude is what keeps people like me away. I am in town for business, drove here in an Escalade, and was planning to visit this restaurant 3-4 times a week as Mexican food is my favorite. However, I would rather drive the 20 miles to El Toro near Seneca/Cranberry PA and not get ripped off."
