"I was dining alone and ordered miso soup and gyoza. Before I could finish my sentences, he interrupted me with a rude tone. I then ordered a margarita, only to find a fruit fly in it. I discreetly asked him for a new one since I didn't want the added "protein." Instead of apologizing, he tossed my drink across the bar, made me another one (which was terrible), and that was that.
After waiting for 30 minutes for my food, I asked if he could put the playoff basketball game on the TV, but received another rude response. While still waiting, he announced a takeout order for someone named Catherine. A young lady who didn’t speak English very well came up and repeated the name with a thick Spanish accent. Mr. Beluga then snidely remarked, "Catherine, you know, the way we say it in America."
At one point, a customer nearby was trying to order something gluten-free, and he was incredibly rude in telling her they weren’t gluten-free friendly, then looked at me and said, "F*** gluten-free!"
At that point, I decided to get my tab and leave. I can't understand how this place is still open with such an awful employee behind the bar. This was the worst restaurant experience I've had in years—NEVER GOING BACK!"
