They enthusiastically directed us to Doug and Shelly’s Mill Street Cafe. Upon arrival, we were enchanted by its distinctive charm. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was delightful. My coworker treated themselves to a slice of carrot cake for dessert, which was absolutely fantastic. We highly recommend this café to anyone traveling along I-75 near Gaylord, MI—it's just a mile off exit 290/Vanderbilt. Additionally, it's worth noting that everything in their gift shop is locally made, rather than imported from China."
