"We have dined at this restaurant several times in the past. Unfortunately, the service was not satisfactory during our most recent visit. We were seated promptly, even though our reservation was not needed due to the restaurant being empty. Our server was not very friendly, but our drinks and salads were served quickly. However, after receiving our salads, the service slowed down. It took 25 minutes from finishing our salads to receiving our main dishes and sides. Our server did not apologize for the delay or offer any compensation. We noticed that other tables were also experiencing long wait times. Our server was absent for extended periods and did not check on us frequently. At one point, we had to go without drink refills for a while. Eventually, she came by to offer drink refills and to-go boxes. It seemed like she was rushing us to leave. Despite the disappointing service, we still plan to return as this restaurant is conveniently located for us to enjoy their pan fried chicken. Normally, we receive good service, but this experience was a letdown."
