"Ended up being seated in the lower level and had to walk through an entire main floor dining room to get to the elevator with a handicapped person. In 40 years of eating at Zehnder’s, I have never been shuttled to the basement. Not pleased at all and I was never asked if this was ok. Zehnder’s has added so many additional tables that even for a non handicapped person, walking in the dining rooms was dicey, especially with waitstaff often blocking the aisles."
