"The food here is excellent, and the staff in the store are incredibly friendly. However, the call center experience is quite frustrating. I tried to place my order but got really annoyed when the woman on the line struggled to communicate in English, so I hung up and called back in hopes of reaching someone else—but it turned out to be the same person. I placed my order and specifically asked twice if garlic would be included, and she assured me it would be. However, when I picked up my food and got home, I discovered there was no garlic in the box. I had to return to the store to get some, and by the time I got home, my food was cold. Come on, Papa John's, you can do better!"
