When I called to ask about the ingredients in their dishes, the man on the phone said he was too busy to talk and told me to visit the restaurant in person.

The food here is actually pretty decent but they don?t seem to hire friendly people. For some reason instead of replacing one vegetable for another they want to charge you extra. Also limit you to one sauce without charging you extra when you pay $15 perplate.

The food at Tokyo Express was very disappointing. Most dishes seemed pre-prepared, and they tried to mask the lack of freshness with heavy sauces. The vegetables were overly salty, and the prices were way too high. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here. View menu

Not sure what happened to this place but it's terrible now. Food quality, customer service and the prices. They are all absolutely abysmal. Never answer the phone anymore. Chicken bowl is 9.35$ just the bowl no one can give me a contact tomanagement or the owner.

The filet was supposed to be a good quality cut of steak, we got flat something that was burnt, a few veggies and some rice. I'm really disappointed, we really liked eating here. Now you get small thin plates of junk for 15.99, no thank you. I only put astar because I couldn't leave a review unless I did.
