"We finally indulged in some delicious creamy dishes, and everything was fantastic. We tasted jambalaya, gumbo, and rice, along with snow crab legs, which were a great deal at $48. While the food was wonderful, it was served cold and took a while to arrive, likely due to the current staffing shortages. Despite that, I would definitely return to New Orleans. There’s also free parking available at the corner of Conti St and Decatur St. If you’re planning a stroll and want to enjoy a drink, I recommend buying it from a pizza place instead of a bar to save a few dollars."

"We have eaten here so many times over the years while visiting we've lost count. We've been travelling around the states and, anytime we're anywhere near this place, we swing by to get some of their Cajun food. Don't get put off by the exterior or interior....you're in Cajun country now. The Gumbo is delicious, the fried chicken is great, the Po-Boys are the way they're supposed to be make and the Boudin Balls are the absolute best! The order usually takes about 15-30 minutes to fill so we call in early and go pick up, although dining in this rustic place is a treat. Nice ownership...had the place for years. Great staff and cooks. Highly recommend all their food."

"Service was questionable at best. Our waiter was more miss than hit. He not only forgot thing from our table but we overheard that he forgot thing from other tables as well. He failed to refill our water or soda. My meal came out cold and he never checked on me. It was not until I moved it to the side that finally ask. He took it away and brought another without a word. No member of management ever stop by, nothing. If we needed anything, we had to flag him down. All and all the food was ok once it was warm but I would not recommend it to anyone."

"This has to be some type of sick joke. 3 teeny tiny pieces of fish. Not even Full pieces of thin catfish. It’s like they cut one fish up into 4 small pieces. Wow I have supported this place for about two years. I send all my hotel guest there but guess what I won’t anymore !!!! This is almost comical I would laugh if I wasn’t on the verge of crying !!! I don’t play like that with my money or food. !!!! The fish is all I order from here because I don’t eat land meat. This is crazy and a rip off. 17$ for this??????? If yall don’t even enough fish to make my order should have never accepted my order and money. I order door dash and if I was not at work I would have shown up and demanded a manager !!!!!!!! "We had a fantastic dining experience! We absolutely loved the pompanos and are thrilled to find fresh seafood in Columbus. Our dinner tonight was exceptional. From the crab claws and she-crab soup to the grouper panama and seafood platter, everything was delicious! We appreciated being able to call ahead for seating, which allowed us to skip the wait. Our waitress, Tasha, was outstanding, and the young woman who seated us was incredibly sweet and polite—it's a shame I didn't catch her name. Overall, our experience was truly commendable! "After enjoying numerous frozen hurricanes from various places along Bourbon Street and in the French Quarter, I found this spot to be a reliable choice. The drinks are consistently good across all the Big Easy Daiquiri locations, but they can be customized based on your preferences and the bartender's suggestions. The bartender offered to add an extra shot, and I went for it, pleasantly surprised when he included Bacardi Dragon Berry. This turned out to be one of the best frozen hurricanes I've ever tasted. You can choose from three sizes: regular, souvenir, or extra large, and there’s a wide range of flavors and spirits to enhance your drink or create something entirely different. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the prices are typical for the area. Because of COVID, masks are required, and hand sanitizer is readily available. The atmosphere was clean and enjoyable. They also offer beer on tap and in bottles, and if you're feeling hungry, you can grab a slice of pizza as well."
