"Horrible horrible service. It took me several months to get past the mistreatment I experienced here .I use to come to this restaurant for 2 yrs straight every Friday at the same time. Because the food was good I ignored a lot of unprofessional behaviors from the main lady who works on Friday with the curly hair . So many times I would have to call on average 4 times and let the phone ring in order to place my order since I was driving from across town. Although I gave them good business for 2 yrs the lady would still ask me every Friday what was my name .As far as the food. It is good but please go to other places. Wazobia is much better ! They often times run out of meat and veggies and never tell you. You won’t know until you get your order. The lady at the front need to seek professional help on several occasions I witness her give major attitude to customers who were annoyed with the wait time or phones not working … this one time I finally said something and asked why was no one answering the phone I called over 7 seven times while driving from Cypress and after the final time someone answered and hung up and keep the business phone off the hook so the signal would be busy. She lied in my face and said that the phone is not working. I stood there and called the phone and it worked. I went in to tell her in a stern voice but not yelling no attitude that I come for 2 yrs and they always have problems with their phone but for her to treat this like her personal phone and take off the hook while paying customers are trying to place orders is not the way you run the business she literally asked me DO I WANT TO FIGHT.I told her excuse me? She repeated the foolish statement and started raising her voice I told her I am a customer trying to tell you my concerns which I have a right to and you insult me and yourself by asking me do I want to fight you.I know that she said that because I am Black. I hitch is disgusting that other black non American races come here and assume the worse just as other racist people and for what. I have watched this lady get attitude but still remain quiet to people who come in yelling about her not picking up phone etc.I was embarrassed and disgusted with her. I had to be the one to calm her down and tell her I am not here for all this and I just want my food and she does not need to speak to me that way . She does not know how to here critical feedback and sadly she does not care . Trinity has been in houston for a very long time but I will never never return there after being treated. Two customers came up to me while she was getting my food and told me thank you for standing up to her and shared how they too have problems with her attitude and service.I tried for 2 yrs to have compassion since clearly they need more staff but take that up with the Owner not lying customers. I have not returned since and never will. I don’t expect any change because I am married to a Nigerian he told me how businesses like that not all) are ran. I now go to Wazobia on Westhiemer they have everything and honestly it taste better and is always fresh . To that lady go find you some peace and heal."
