"This a long one so please read on. I'll start with the good The service was great The portion sizes are large The cook on the steak was accurate All in all The food was okay at best. (5/10) On to the bad Honestly the steak at char house was the tastiestthing on the table. But that isn't saying a lot. The meat of the ribeye was choice grade at best but they did get the cookcorrect so plus points there. I do see now why there aren't prices on the menu that the qr code takes you to because it reallyisn't worth it. There was a lack of seasoning which makes me think that the kitchen was afraid of using any. Almost all the foodwe had was nowhere near how it was described on the menu. This is one of those places that has the same base for all theircurries. The food We started off the experience with stale Papadum which is an Indian crisp and a side of chutneys which tastedwatered down. The chutneys lacked any prominent flavors and they tasted the same if you ate them with your eyes closed, the onlything that set them apart was their color. The achar was definitely not made in house but store bought it actually tasted massproduced. TLDR the amount of food you get is good but the quality is trash. If you're looking for flavorful food give thisplace a hard pass. Especially given how expensive it is. It seems like they are afraid of using spices and seasoning. Theapps The wings (7/10) full wings. only 3 pieces tho (technically 6, 3 flats 3 drums) small but the sauce was good butdefinitely not worth $9. The ceviche (2/10) it lacked flavor and it really should not be served on a crisp. All the moisturewas absorbed by the crisp and what was left was a very dry pile of shrimp and fish. There was no seasoning at all. The seasonedmasala fries. (8/10) seasoned fries which is the most seasoning we experienced the entire night. On to the entree's TheRibeye steak (7/10) the steaks lacked seasoning. We needed to ask for salt and pepper. The saving grace was"

"UPDATE: I haven't been here in a while because I moved further away but I was in the area last week and was really craving the food and to my surprise, I was disappointed. I didn't see the same familiar face that always greeted us before so I asked if the place had been sold and was told no. I soecifically asked for the gentleman we were familiar with and I was told he is the owner and was in the back so that gave me a little peace of mind. Then we got our food amd the difference from before is day and night. It was bland, all 3 of our dishes which we always get so we know what the previous taste was. I asked if the chef had maybe changed and again I was told no. They either misinformed me in response to my questions or the chef has lost his/her touch. I miss the weekend buffet so at this point that is the only way I would return so I can hopefully eat something that tastes good cause the separate individual orders were not up to par. See photos from this recent visitORIGINAL: I really like this place and come quite a bit. Today I ordered for pickup and witnessed something degrading. One of the cooks poked his head out from the back and handed the person at the bar one of those small soup containers like you would get from a chinese food place. I thought someone had asked for it for carry out but to my surprise, the bar person filled it with coke and sent it back to the cook. I mean come on seriously, they cannot use a plastic cup or a glass to drink? I am curious to get some feedback from owners or management about this incident as it was a turn off for me. Depending on the response and if I come back I will ask the staff about this. Every human deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. I am a bit upset right now. I am actually sitting outside in my car. I could not wait to post this."

"Great food authentic Indian spices, fast service, affordable price. But? the usual dilemma for small places who work for dining in and delivery same time. Service: We saw just 2 people in the place on Saturday night. You can tell it?s a couple whostruggle to run the business ? The tired lady didn?t speak basic English. She asked 3 times if we want anything else after wesaid in various forms: ?that?s it?, ?no thank you?, ?we are good? ? No table water available? Why? I asked for a silverware:the lady didn?t understand when I even brought plastic fork to her window? After some time the gentleman came to the window andlater on brought silverware to the table. They have 2 flyers of a menu: one to go and other to order indoor. When we arrived itwas kind of irritating as both menus had a lot of items. Interior ambiance: Nice brick wall with charming half roundwindows. Unfortunately the entry of this place is full of packed boxes that looks like a back storage. You order at the littlewindow that is connected directly to the kitchen. No music was playing it felt off. Cosy lighting was on. When we sat atthe table I took a napkin to wipe off the rest crumbles of the previous guests. I wanted to wash my hands afterwards beforethe eating the food. I had to go though the kitchen and storage to get to the bathroom where door was not even locking. I feltlike back to India not in a good way ? : Food: Greatly spiced food. To my surprise I found pieces of fresh tomatoes andnasty bell peppers which I?m allergic to) in my lentil spinach daal. Maybe that?s the left overs from some Mexican dish.. ohmy? Usually in other Indian places, dishes come with the either naan or rice. Here quite cheap vegan dish 10.95 you had to payextra 3.95 for naan and 4.95 for rice what ended up together to average 16$ dish? Mango lassy too thick? Garlic naan was toodry. Garlic was brown on the top and bottom of naan crumbled. We both left restaurant and went buyi"

"We love East Indian food, and a non violent diet. Between us, we've sampled India cuisine in many cities, and in other countries. When we discovered this place 15 years ago, we were hooked. At the time, it offered southern style cooking, mostly based on coconut and very comfort food feeling. The place has apparently gone through several different management changes over the years, and different kitchen leads, but still provides vegetarian fare with pretty consistent quality. In particular, we will drive an hour or more to the Thursday night buffet, which comes with masala dosa as part of the deal potato inside, but you can ask for plain dosa also . The current chef cook must be a walking encyclopedia of recipes something new nearly every time. We'd never had pani puri until he brought it out for one of the buffets. From time to time here have been celebration special dishes when an East Indian national religious or agricultural festival occurs or for some other holiday. We've overheard 'new' people commenting that they could eat vegetarian if it was like this and Wow so many flavors! We've overheard meat eaters with their veg friends, commenting that veg eating can be interesting fun. Lately we've noticed that when they are busy, we may have to remind the wait staff to order our dosas, or remind them to put out more little bowls for the soup. Although the general management of materials and staff has slipped in the last year, it's a small inconvenience when considering the food which remains the reason for coming back."
