Everything was oversalted; the duck nuggets lacked flavor, the fondue was overly watery and lumpy with no hint of Gruyère, and the escargots were excessively oily. Even the cappuccino tasted more like an Americano than espresso. On a positive note, the waitress was friendly and offered us complimentary macarons to make up for our unpleasant experience. If you're interested in having raclette, it's best to call ahead and confirm, as it seems you need to pre-order it. In our case, we made an online reservation without anyone asking about raclette, and we did not receive any follow-up communication about our reservation or the raclette menu, so it was unavailable for us."
