I waited 15 minutes for my order, despite being the second one placed, and I had to go to the counter to ask for it. They looked right at me and handed me the sub, suggesting they didn’t see it as a problem. Unfortunately, since this restaurant is located in a tournament facility, there aren’t many options for families here. Given the passive-aggressive responses to negative reviews, it seems my kids will be having Dunkin' Donuts from now on."

"I keep giving this place another chance, but unfortunately, it's been hit or miss. I ordered broccoli rabe with garlic and oil and added shrimp for an extra $5, but the shrimp was missing. The pasta was dry and tasted stale, almost as if it had been reused. To make matters worse, there was a large clump of old, dried cheese in the middle, which had bits of debris that weren't present in the rest of the dish. As someone with a dairy allergy, I can't eat cheese, so the entire dish was inedible. From now on, I'll be sticking with John's Pizza on Parsons."

The place is actual ran by some Turkish immigrants, I had the gyro and my companion had the cob salad, we had cheesey garlic bread and deep fried mushrooms for appetizers. As we where finishing up our meal the father of one of the Turkish family brought to our table a homemade dessert they where having it was very good"

"UPDATE: Corrected food just arrived. A Goodfellows Wrap. Sorry I didn't go to bed with my son. Chicken is chewy and tasteless. Their stuff is normally very good. Not tonight. I think the Parlin location has gotten us for the last time.This place has so many great items. The prices are kind of high, but it's quality food. However, we live less than a mile from the restaurant and delivery can either be hot or right. Today is my birthday and they screwed up my order. We called right away, they admitted the mistake and are sending the corrected item. Meanwhile it's been over an hour, everyone ate (but me) and my 4 year old is now in bed and I'm still waiting"

"I absolutely adore this place! My husband and I ordered pizza and decided to enjoy it secretly to keep it a surprise from our kids. We mentioned to the cashier that we didn’t want the kids to find out we were having a meal without them, and she kindly gave us a box for our leftovers so nothing would give us away. Honestly, everyone working here is so friendly, and the service and food are always excellent! We had a 14-inch pizza with garlic knots that tasted like the dough was made fresh that very morning. "This was my first experience here and will definitely not be my last. I had originally walked in wanting something sweet, but the menu offered so much more. A gyro? Wings? Decisions. Decisions. Wait. Pizza by the slice? Sold! The pizza came hot and one of the best pizzas I have ever had. They even didn’t question my request for a side of tzatziki. We also got the doughboys served with a generous portion of Nutella. Wait, Turkish coffee? I’ve heard of it but never have had it. It was served adorably on a silver platter and a cute glass of water. (Which I was told to drink prior to coffee) Umit came over and asked if my friend wanted Turkish tea. Also presently beautifully in a glass cup. All in all, it was a wonderful experience ! Thank you Umit for making my visit all that better ! ご馳走さまでした!"

"I ordered plain chicken and cheese quesadillas, but instead, we received one filled with an excess of onions and peppers and barely any chicken. We never asked for peppers and onions, which are not listed on their online menu— only chicken and cheese is specified. When I called to clarify that we didn't order those ingredients, especially since my husband has severe reactions to peppers, the man on the phone informed me that I would need to purchase another quesadilla to fix the issue. How is it my responsibility to buy another item when it was their error? They also forgot another item that was supposed to accompany my order. It's frustrating to think I have to spend more money for something that was their mistake. It feels wrong that they would take my money for an incorrect order without making an effort to resolve it. The quesadilla was untouched; we didn't eat it or request a replacement. We even offered to return it in exchange for the order we originally placed and paid for, but now it’s just in the trash, and I have to order something else for my husband. I feel cheated, and this experience was far from acceptable."

"After a few drinks with friends at the nearby brewery I came here with a craving for pizza. The theme of the place was New York City and it was interesting to see the names of neighborhoods lining the walls and bridges in photos. I ordered two slices. "I didn't try the famous hot dog, but I had the pasta, pizza, and fried dough garlic bread. The pasta with cheese and sauce was amazing and very filling, with a generous portion of pasta and plenty of cheese. I would rate the pizza a 3 out of 4; I only got two slices instead of a whole box, so I can't say for sure if a full box would be different, but those slices were quite large. My wife loved the fried dough, which they cut into strips, and the kids also enjoyed it. Again, they were generous with the toppings. I was surprised to see milkshakes and a lot of other menu items there; I always thought it was just a hot dog place, but they had so much more. I recommend calling in your order ahead of time because this place gets busy, and you’ll have to wait if you don’t. Also, when I visited tonight, they were cash only, so make sure to bring cash. I’m not sure if that’s always the case, but it’s best to be prepared."

I would have preferred the broccoli to have a bit more crunch, but it was fine overall. The baby shrimp were a great addition. I think the pasta could have used another minute of boiling, but everyone has different preferences for pasta texture, so that’s not a major issue. The meal came with a salad, which I didn’t particularly enjoy. Overall, it was well done, and I would rate it a B+."

"My family I are big into House of Pizzas. We seek them out have been to dozens because we don’t like chains. While in Rockport my family wanted pizza so naturally we looked for their House of Pizza. I’m sorry, but this was the absolute worst pizza any of us have ever had. We got 3 different kinds everything about it was bland; the crust, sauce, toppings, even the cheese what minimal amount there was. I can only think to compare it to cafeteria or hospital food. My bottomless pit teenagers refused to eat it after trying 2 different slices. It was that bad. Do not recommend."

One thing I appreciated was that I called before hand and included in my note to ask for gobi pakora in my veg mixed platter appetizer and they graciously did so! The price to portions is great. I highly recommend the mixed bread basket you get three types for a great price and it's large pieces nicely sliced in half and arrives hot. I got the mixed veg and non veg appetizers and they do not cheap out! Two samosas plus two of variety of atleast 4 types of appetizers in each! My butter chicken was perfectly buttery creamy. I loved how warm everything was and packed with love and plenty of onion chutney and tamarind sauce. My favorite item was the chicken naan! WOW game changer. Support small local businesses, this is also the Union pizza house or something, they cook both pizza and Indian food!"
