"The breakfast setup involves a check-off system, making it difficult for groups to dine separately in the same room, and this leads to long lines. Additionally, the bathroom has an extremely bright, automated light that’s impossible to turn off for nighttime visits.
They also apply fees on top of their fees, including parking charges. Speaking of parking, it’s quite a hassle since you can only park on the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors, which means you have to key in and out three times to retrieve your car.
Furthermore, the elevators are unreliable; they occasionally skip floors and service people going in both directions. This has resulted in some lengthy waits—up to 20 minutes for an elevator—an experience we shared with others during our stay. I'm not sure how that’s even possible, but it happened to us at least three times."
