"Flew over from Australia to check out how Covid has decimated America, thought I 'd drop in to grab an ice cream from a seemingly random mcdonalds. Imagine my horror when the ice cream machine was broken! To my delight an amazing young man named Damian who was working the grill set up his lap top and completed a mechanical engineering degree, on the spot! Fixed the ice cream machine straight after so I could enjoy a nice cold ice cream! He pointed me in the direction of the nearest covid hot spot and said cone-gratulations on making it so far and good luck Overall fantastic experience...I would definitely come back again, that 's if I 'm not added to the statistics of those who have perished from corona but with minds like Damians fixing the world one customer at a time I think we 'll all be okay."

"drove up to the drive through speaker and many red flags appeared. for starters, 2 guys were speaking to us at the exact same time. very confusing for an old folk like me. second, they quote that the ice cream machine was broken when i went to get 2 ice cream cones, but when i said i was going to leave and not purchase anything else, they offered us a milkshake. how the booty hole are they supposed to make a milkshake without the ice cream? baffles me to this day."

"I don’t usually have McDonald’s for lunch at noon, but I must say this location was clean and welcoming. There was a group of seniors dining there, which is always a good sign. The person who took my order at the register (rather than through the ordering screen/computer) was patient and polite. The service was excellent, although the quality of the food could use some improvement. Unfortunately, the milkshake machine was out of service, which was disappointing since we were hoping to try the heavily promoted Shamrock Shake. Overall, the service was better than the food, but you get what you pay for at a highway burger joint."

"At this location they use bags instead of standard boxes. I have personally found the food is better than other locations. The chicken nuggets are warm and crispy. Have had over all good experiences here. But one instance I was going here for lunch and it was maybe 8 minutes before the lunch time. They told me I would have to wait and was not happy about that."

"The manager, around 1 or 2 o'clock today, seemed to think I was not affected by their poor service. They have a special treatment for fentanyl by the window, which I find concerning. I'm still here and I think you should be ashamed, particularly if your friends are complicit. That was your last chance; I’ve overcome everything. Their negativity is nothing more than clinking glasses, and that negativity has come to an end here in Worcester!"

"At the second window, I was greeted with a huge smile, a very cold Coca-Cola, and a hot, fresh serving of large French fries. The employee even asked how my day was, and surprisingly, he genuinely seemed to care. It was incredibly refreshing to encounter such kindness; he clearly took pride in his work and in ensuring customers were satisfied. His enthusiasm was infectious, and it made a positive impact on my experience. We need more people like him, not just in the food industry, but everywhere in the world. "I don't usually dine at this restaurant, but I took my two grandchildren for check-ups and wanted to treat them to a happy meal afterwards. We went through the drive-thru, and the service was quick. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their meals and were delighted with the toy they received. However, I was a bit surprised at how small the portion of fries was that came with the meal."

"Hey, it's a McDonald's, so you know what you're getting as far as the menu is concerned. What we really want to know is what we're getting as far as the freshness of the menu and quality of workers. Nine times out of ten the food is great at this location, but I work in the food industry so i also know the best times to go to fast food places to get the fresh cooked fries! The workers have always been attentive and friendly at this location in my personal experience. I find myself skipping other McDonald's locations to go to this one instead because they have everything i appreciate from fresh cooked food to good employees to a very very clean dining room and a security guard who is very friendly but very firm in keeping out trouble makers."

"The people who work here are always polite and polite. I had the pay it forward experience of people paying for my meals before me at least 4 times here, the 4x more than I had at any other McDonald's in the country and I was for many (prior army and world traveler). Food is fresh for what it is and the waiting time is not present most of the time, even in the rush hour. Good job, guys!"

The young lady working tonight, along with her colleague who has a tattoo on his arm, really keep this place running smoothly. They're incredibly busy and managing a high volume of customers with limited help, yet they still operate like a well-oiled machine. Please, don't be a difficult customer. It’s refreshing to see how the manager supports her team and fosters a collaborative environment. They have a big job on their hands. I did notice that some DoorDash drivers picking up orders tonight were unreasonably rude. "I visited this McDonald's for an early morning breakfast, and it was a pleasant experience. The service was quick, and my Sausage McMuffin with egg was well-prepared. The food was ice cold after just a 5-minute drive home, and my son received a 4-piece nugget Happy Meal instead of the 6-piece we ordered. I ordered a large Big Mac meal, but what I got was a Big Mac with a medium drink and only half a large fries. This place really needs some strong management to address the issues they're facing. "I usually like to have a bit of fun with my McDonald's reviews, but this one is truly exceptional. The food here ranks among the best I've had at McDonald's. However, what really stands out is the service and efficiency. The staff is so friendly that it almost feels surreal. There's no reason for someone at McDonald's to treat me like I'm traveling in business class with Jet Blue. The speed at which orders are prepared doesn’t compromise the quality of the food (it's amusing to think about quality when indulging in a month’s worth of sodium!). This location is a logistical dream. Fast food already holds a strong advantage over family-owned restaurants in any food court, but this McDonald's at Longwood Galleria is comparable to Metal Gear in the realm of food courts."
