"The experience at Dasher was once again amazing. People need to stop blaming Dasher for issues with McDonald's. I don't know why I keep ordering from there. I ordered breakfast as soon as the app allowed it, but the biscuit was so hard that the knife couldn't cut through it and there was barely any sausage gravy. The hash brown was cold. However, the hazelnut iced coffee was excellent."

"McDonalds is always an iffy place, as is any fast food restaurant. Cannot always expect everything to be fast or perfect, but still generally some good food for a quick bite. Grabbed food for my kids one night and they forgot an order of nuggets. So I tried calling an their phones were completely offline, (mind you this was while the construction was going on). They were not informed that their phone lines were down, so I just sent them a polite email telling them their phones were down when I tried calling about my nuggets. Which I wasn't worried about, it was only a snack to tide the kids over until we gotten home and dinner would be made. A woman from their resource center called me and had mail me a certificate for 120 nuggets. "

"This was my second experience using the drive-thru, and I was once again let down by my lunch. I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal and specifically requested no onions on my burger, but it came with onions anyway, forcing me to remove them myself. I also asked for mayonnaise, which I received, but it wasn’t actually on the burger. It felt like the person preparing my order was too distracted to pay attention. The bun was dry, the meat was cold, and the cheese didn’t even melt. To top it off, the lettuce was starting to look brown. I’m giving it two stars only because the fries were warm (not hot) and my drink was correct. What has happened? I remember when McDonald's used to be a great place to eat—hot, fresh, and reasonably priced. I understand that many employees today may come from a generation that expects convenience without putting in the effort. Good luck if you decide to use the drive-thru. If customers checked their meals before leaving, perhaps that would encourage management to improve their service. That's two strikes against the Middlesboro McDonald's."

"Genuinely the worst “fast” food restaurant I’ve ever been to. The workers have absolutely no care for anything in the world other than receiving a paycheck for being there. 15 minutes just to get past the speaker and you’re greeted by dancing, laughing, joking, or texting on their phone when you get to the window. Another 30 minutes later and you finally get your food and are able to leave. Restaurant is in a horrible state and management needs to step it up and should be ashamed."

"The worst McDonald's I've ever been to...Understaffed, dirty tables everywhere, uncaring staff...Forgot several items from my mobile order, had to stand in line at counter multiple times to get all items.Each time minimum 5 minutes before someone came over to counter (drive thru was busy).When I told them they forgot my son's milk in his happy meal, she asked me 3 times that they definitely forgot it?... I was like, Technically, you forgot ALL of our drinks, but I already came up for the fountain cups, I only just noticed you forgot his drink as well.. Here's an idea, maybe not mess up entire orders, then basically all but accuse your customers of lying... Lol.Slip this location at all costs, plenty of other options."

"we ordered eating on the trip thru around 19:22 clock and it took up to almost 8 clock before we pay to the window and then we are asked to wait forward, and it took another 15 minutes after. all for a quarter meal with cheese flour, a cheeseburger no pickle, and a 6 piece of nuggets and small Frey beandel. incredible that it took almost an hour from the time we had ordered until we had passed our food to us. I will never visit again or recommend this place to everyone!"

"We stopped at The Sun on August 30, 2020, around 3 PM. I ordered a quarter pounder cheeseburger basket (without the wobble) and a Diet Pepsi, along with a fish burger sandwich. Our total came to either $11.47 or $13.47 (not that it really matters). We had to wait a few minutes to place our order, but that was okay. Once we received our order, we left and started eating down the road. Unfortunately, what we found in the bag was the quarter pounder. I checked the receipt, and it stated that it was a fish quarter pounder. We were very disappointed to discover this a few miles away, and it was too far to go back. I just wanted to express our disappointment about receiving the wrong food. It wasn't even about the price difference; my partner wanted the fish sandwich specifically. Please make sure to bring this to the attention of your staff. We were really let down by receiving the wrong order!"

"I went through the drive-thru around 4:15 PM. I ordered a Big Mac, a Happy Meal with a cheeseburger, fries, and apple juice; a Spicy Deluxe McCrispy; a medium fries; and a small fries without salt. I was told to pull up until my order was ready, so I waited while five other cars received their orders. After another 15 minutes, they finally brought my food out. I got home about 10 minutes later, only to find that all my food was cold and unappetizing. To make matters worse, I still didn't receive the 10-piece nuggets I ordered or my granddaughter's small fries. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. This isn't the first time this has happened! The drive-thru always has a long wait, often around 20 minutes, and the employees seem to struggle with taking and fulfilling orders correctly. I frequently receive incorrect orders or missing items like sauces, utensils, and napkins. On one occasion, I was overcharged, and they didn't get my order right at all—I had to request a refund because I no longer wanted the food. That's why I always check my order before leaving. They make too many mistakes; they really need to improve their staff or their service."

"I think the best McDonald's I've been to. I went to drive thru for breakfasts. Line wasn't too long and not because they weren't busy but because the employees are fast and accurate.
