"This is undoubtedly one of the best fast food restaurants I've encountered, especially among McDonald's outlets, in a long time. As I approached, I noticed an employee managing the drive-thru during the busy lunch rush, which was a great touch. The staff behind the counter were friendly—a rarity in many places—and the service was quick and efficient. While I was enjoying my meal, I saw an employee diligently cleaning the counters, tables, and floors. Another staff member was helping an elderly woman by clearing her tray. To top it off, my food was hot and fresh. This is hands down the best McDonald's I've experienced! Exceptional service overall."

"I usually visit this McDonald's at 5:30 a.m. about once a week since I work nearby. I really appreciate the employees for their kindness, and I hope they are well-respected by management, especially given the recent reviews. The food is always fresh, and I've never had any issues with my orders. I typically choose to order abbreviations, as it makes it easier for the staff to handle all the adjustments and get everything right. I'm grateful for this McDonald's, especially compared to the two locations in Painesville that have declined over the years."

"I never received any service during my visit, which lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. The McDonald's on Broadway is advertised as being open 24 hours, and I can confirm that this is true since I've often gone there during the early morning hours. However, this time I waited at the drive-thru speaker, approached the drive-thru windows, knocked on the door, and even called the store, but no employees showed up to take my order. I even downloaded the app and placed my order there, but still... no one responded. It was quite frustrating to be left waiting in the cold at a restaurant claiming to be open 24 hours, with not even a word from anyone. Thank you for wasting my time, McDonald's on Broadway."

"I need to say the drive thru staff were very kind and so nice. I ordered drive thur for friends who were working and such a disappointment the food was for them. My dog who loves McDonald's refused the rest of a double cheeseburger but the fries tastedfreezer burnt and one of the crispy chicken sandwiches, the chicken was burnt. I spent $21.00 and the friends didn't get toeat and the dogs were not impressed. I stopped eating fast food long ago but tried two fries and what a disappointment. Don'twaste your money."

I told the drive thru attendant 5 times no bread… guess what bread!! no lettuce and a messy slop of Mayo. I asked the cashier did it gave bread on it cause it usually comes in the hot cakes plate when you don’t get bread). She didn’t answer and just turned her back to me. Not to mention they weren’t busy or anything.. like 5 ppl inside And 3 customers in the drive Thur..I should’ve kept going since the score is low, but I wanted something easy and quick. NEVER AGAIN!!!I visit this location frequently but today was different. I orderEd chicken nuggets they looked greasy but I still ate them.... the low health inspection score should’ve warn me to keep going but against my better judgement I placed an order.. long behold a few hours later I have food poisoning!!!! It’s not worth it go to a safer place to eat unless you want to run back and forth to the bathroom the entire day! I will never eat here or any McDonald’s again!!!"

"The dasher was fantastic...the store however not so much. This is the third time I've ordered through door dash from this McDonalds and every time theres something wrong. This time I ordered 3 shakes and received no straws, ordered chicken nuggets and received none of the sauces ordered, the chicken sandwiches were old and got thrown away. The ONLY item that was decent were the fries. "Please hire and train individuals that care about the job. Beyond exhausted of getting served horrible food that seems days old by the time you get it. Keep your refund and vouchers for future use and do this place justice and clean house with your closing shift. The manager or whomever is in charge for dinner/closing must enjoy serving nasty food just to turn around and issue refunds. I bet their rate of refunds is higher compared to other locations and this is small town. Small towns don't have a lot to offer and this just adds to the don't go there list. Crew wears whatever they want and walk food back and forth to drive thru customers and then renter the kitchen area without washing their hands. Disgusting. The night supervisors wear sweat pants and have their man buns pulled so tight they forgot the basics of fast food...your customer works hard to feed their family and we all deserve to be served food that is Hot and Fresh. Ridiculous and will gladly place my money elsewhere."

"This is one of the best McDonald's locations I’ve ever visited. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant is clean. However, during busy times, there’s often no one at the front counter to take orders, which can be frustrating. There’s a manager who usually works at night, and I've noticed she tends to reprimand her employees in front of customers. I've heard from several people that they wouldn't want to apply to work for her because of this environment. Despite the challenges with management, I still plan to return here because the McDonald's app offers some fantastic deals. Right now, if you download the app and create an account for the first time, you can get a free Big Mac without having to make a purchase. The app also allows you to earn points on your orders that can be redeemed for free food and discounts. *UPDATE: On Easter Sunday, the staff expressed their frustration about customers coming in, saying, "Don't they get enough food with their families, or are they just too lazy to cook?""

"Feeling frustrated, I decided to go to the restaurant myself. When I got there, the drive-thru was only serving Uber Eats or DoorDash customers. I went to the window and encountered a very irritated manager who rudely informed me, “We don’t have frappes." I explained that I hadn’t received my order and that my calls had gone unanswered. I asked if they could remake my order and substitute the missing drinks with iced coffees topped with whipped cream and a hot coffee with milk, caramel, and whipped cream. The manager, an older woman, argued with me for five minutes, claiming it was my fault that my order was incorrect. Eventually, she made the coffees incorrectly, even though I was the only car in the drive-thru. After a wait, a cook finally handed me my three burgers, and the coffees came last. By this point, I had been waiting for 30 minutes. I also requested an extra order of fries and was willing to pay for it, despite feeling it should have been complimentary after the ordeal. The manager exclaimed, “Oh my God!” and practically threw the fries at me without accepting my payment. At that moment, I decided to leave before things escalated. I preferred to address the situation later rather than argue with an employee who was yelling at me over something trivial. I will never return to this location, and I will likely warn others to steer clear as well."

"We venture out to get some junk food here now and again. If you want your food made correcrly go to literally any other McDonald's in bershire county. The adams mcdonalds is filthy, the bathrooms are always covered in boldily fluids, and general debris all over the floors. Toilets always have either feces, urine, or blood on the seats and in front of the toilet. They're never clean or able to be sat on. Sink was covered in water old soap scum that clearly hasnt been cleaned in a very long time. Tables aren't clean, crumbs and dried things where you're supposed to eat. Floors look like they haven't been vacuumed or mopped in a year. If you stand inside and order it doesn't take more than two seconds to see how disgusting the kitchen area is. Food is always cold tastes bad. Never made fresh. Fries are cold and chewey. They let you sit at the drive through speaker for up to ten minutes at times (i wish i was exaggerating), even when there's only a couple of cars in the drive through (not during busy hours)? They frequently make you to pull to the side then take more than 20 minutes to bring your food out. All whilst giving other customers their food immediately after you pull through? 9 times out of ten your order is wrong. If you say anything ask for the right order, you're met with an attitude and treated like garbage. It's just weird how every other mcdinalds in Berkshire county is normal, rarely ever has issues. But if you go to the adams mcdonalds specifically, you'll be treated to the nastiest food, even nastier attitudes. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down by a health inspector, or at least investigated. I can't be the only one that's had an almost comically atrocious time when I go there. It's also really expensive. You get get healthier higher quality food food elsewhere for less money."
