"Went to Arby’s drive-through tonight at about 1230 order some sliders some fries. no other customers at the restaurant not aware they were closing at 1am I ordered a turnover that turned up to be hard and cold fries were old cold mushy hard nasty all in one we leave come back up to the speaker to let them know about the fries she tells me to hold on. While no other customers in line. this is probably like 1240am pull up to the window for her to tell me she’s sorry she was in the bathroom still no customers in line I asked if we could get fresh fries considering we paid two dollars for fries that were uneditable so she got the manager the manager comes back slams a window in my face after looking at the fries brings me another thing of fries and then shut the lights off on me. I was trying to let him know that those fries were not fresh he just went and got the same fries that he had given us originally that had been sitting there not even warm and then shut the lights off on us.! stack like they’re close I pull off at 12:45 not supposed to close until 1 AM and now there’s other customers across the street there with the lights on very disappointed very rude poor satisfaction for customer service for food quality lazy and unsanitary unprofessional I am very very embarrassed for the management."

"This Arby's location in Upper Marlboro is only open for drive thru. The inside has been closed for months. Double check your order before pulling away because it seems common for them to forget things, then you have to sit in the drive thru line all over again. Also tell them exactly how many condiments you want because they are always very stingy with them. I ordered two sandwiches and asked for Arby's sauce and horseradish and they only gave me one of each. One of each for two sandwiches. I guess they thought I only needed half a pack for each sandwich. I wouldn't even go to this location if there was another Arby's around, but there isn't, so I just deal with it."

"On the other hand, I was disappointed to receive just one REESE’S Peanut Butter Cup Cookie with the price I paid; I definitely won’t be ordering the cookies again. The fries were too salty for my taste, so I probably won’t reorder those either. The curly fries were overcooked, so that's a pass as well. However, the sandwiches I ordered for my family were a hit! We all enjoyed them so much it brought smiles to our faces!"

"We went to Arby’s because we’re big fans of their food. Since we were on a long drive and needed something quick to eat, we thought it would be perfect. We ordered the roast beef, thinking it would be easy to enjoy in the car. However, that wasn’t the case at all! To our surprise, the roast beef was cubed, which changed the taste a bit. As soon as I took a bite, chunks of meat started flying everywhere—it was quite a mess! The taste wasn’t great either, and I ended up regretting the stop. There wasn't any warning about the new preparation, which would have been helpful."

"Some of the staff is so sweet and helpful but the woman who cleans the bathroom needs to learn manners and how to speak to customers. If you are going to work in the customer service industry then you should learn how to speak to people with a bit of respect. She is rude and never helpful. She should be replaced or moved to a different position where she is not around customers or anyone for that matter. She is down right nasty and has a horrible attitude."

"The food was good. We were refused to change the side. We were forced to have crinkle cut fries and not allowed to choose the other sides on the menu. The two ladies the blond with glasses and the trainee said crinkle cut fries only off the many choices of sides. WHY???
