"The food was fine, however the attitude of the staff was ridiculous. When I got to the window the girl at the window was rude and told me to pull up and wait for my food, as I was going to ask for arby's sauce she turned and walked away. When she broughtmy food to the car and I asked for arbys sauce, she looked at me like it was a huge inconvenience to go get arbys sauce androlled her eyes and said really! This would have been solved with listening for five seconds at the window. My jalopeno popperswere thrown in my bad upside down so they ended up throughout the bag soaking my napkins in grease. "I visited Arby's around 3:30 a.m., and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service in the drive-thru—it only took a few minutes. The woman who took my order was very friendly, even though I imagine it was difficult for her to hear me (my car has a loud squeak, and I tend to speak softly). The guy who served me at the window was also fantastic. I ordered my favorite, the Beef and Cheddar, which is always delicious, and I decided to try the macaroni and cheese as well. I have to say, I was really impressed with the mac and cheese—it was excellent. Great job, Arby's and the staff at this location!"

"I broke down on the highway and was towed into town. I was hungry and I walked over to the Arby's near the hotel. The young ladies working there that night were phenomenal. The lobby was closed but they still served me and my stepdaughter. We had a very rough day and when I told them what was going on with my car, they took the time to recommend a local tire and auto place. "I ordered what the Arby's menu advertised as a Market Fresh Greek Gyro sandwich. The person who prepared and served the roast beef with imitation Swiss cheese on a hoagie bun clearly has no idea what a gyro is, let alone anything Greek. It goes against my upbringing to throw food at those who have taken advantage of me (yes, taken advantage— I paid for one thing and received another). My only hope is that corporate Arby's provides proper training to their Osage Beach location so they can learn to correctly identify and serve a Greek Gyro. Perhaps then, I can help others who have been misled by Arby's false advertising. Would you want what I’m about to show you in an attachment instead of the promised gyro?"

"I'm not sure what the manager's name is, but she demonstrated incredible speed and excellent communication skills. Lindsey was doing an amazing job in the kitchen, while Hannah truly stood out as well. The entire team delivered exceptional customer service and remarkable hospitality. The only minor area for improvement would be the quality of the fries. Meanwhile, the Burger King next door seemed to do nothing but talk and judge people. Overall, an outstanding experience!"

"During the July 4th weekend, I stopped for a quick lunch with my family on our way home. The drive-thru was quite busy, with several customers placing their orders, but the average wait time was under 5 minutes per person. My order took about 4 minutes total, and everything was made fresh; the sandwiches were beautifully prepared and served hot. The store was very clean, and the tables were promptly wiped down and sanitized after each customer. All employees wore masks and gloves, and they were very professional in handling social distancing with customers."
