I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 9 minutes, but when I arrived about 15 minutes later, they hadn't even started on my order. The staff seemed annoyed that I was there. The customer service was very disappointing.

This Arby's is a cut above! The facility was clean and well-maintained and the individual who took my order was so pleasant. What's more, a server came table to table to check on everyone and offer refills. This is clearly a well-managed Arby's staffed by people who bring care to their work.
