"Ever see those videos where they put propane tanks and other heavy metal objects into that machine and it EASILY chews them up? Well, there's a desperate need to gather up all the bells from Every Arby's and obliterate them in that machine!! NOW!!! I need to add to this. We are at Arby's, not a night club, change the music!! Turn the thermostat up to 72°! It doesn't need to feel like the walk in cooler in the dining room!!"

"Order was incorrect. Had to drive across town again to correct. Was offered another set of curly fries a compensation. Refused and asked for my money back for the sandwich I did not receive. First time I have ever been to a restaurant who did not accept responsibility for their actions. Check your order before you leave or better still don't go."

"Oh, Arby 's, what an adventure we have embarked on together. This hallowed temple of roast beef, this sanctuary of the sandwich, is where I found myself on an average Tuesday, my belly grumbling louder than a lion at a vegan convention.Upon entering the establishment, the aroma of freshly sliced roast beef hung in the air like a tantalizing, meaty perfume. The cashier greeted me with the kind of enthusiasm usually reserved for long-lost relatives or people who happen to find forgotten $20 bills in old jeans. Now, when one journeys to the land of Arby 's, there is but one item to order – the Classic Roast Beef Sandwich. Served up quicker than you can say Where 's the beef? , the sandwich arrived, nestled in its wrapper like a meaty newborn swaddled in a bread bun. The roast beef was piled high, casting a shadow on my tray as I unwrapped it with the respect such a mountain of meat deserved. The first bite was an experience, to say the least. The roast beef was soft, yet full of character, and the bun was as pillowy as a cloud (had I somehow ascended to meat heaven? . Every bite after that was a roller coaster of flavor, each one whispering sweet nothings to my taste buds. The signature Arby 's Sauce added the extra zing, taking this humble sandwich from mere fast food fare to amuse-bouche of the gods status. But a meal at Arby 's isn 't complete without those curly fries, so curly you 'd think they were auditioning for a role in Goldilocks. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, seasoned to perfection, those spiraling potatoes danced the waltz on my tongue. They were so delicious I had to fight the urge to propose marriage to them.Despite the culinary carnival, I had to dock a star because, well, the decor felt a bit like a throwback to my high school cafeteria, minus the moody teenagers and the pop quiz anxiety. Plus, there wasn 't a live horsey in sight (perhaps they should consider that for future marketing strategies .All in all, Arby 's is a haven for any sandwich enthusiast or curly fry aficionado. It 's a place where you can embark on an epic fast-food odyssey and emerge victorious, with a full stomach and a sense of accomplishment. Arby 's: you had me at meat .Kid-friendliness: Lots of seats no sharp objectsParking: Good"

"My husband and I were the only ones in the lobby, and we noticed that the floors were dirty. In the kitchen, there was trash and fries scattered everywhere. Even though there were people chatting and moving around, no one attended to the mess, and there was no one else in the drive-thru or lobby. It was disappointing to see such a lack of cleanliness, and we won't be returning. It was quite unpleasant."

"This location does an excellent job overall. The dining area was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was tasty. I believe this is the best Arby’s within a 50-mile radius of Zephyrhills. However, I did notice that the clientele was mostly older individuals; at 40, I felt like the youngest person there by at least 20 years (excluding the employees). The restrooms and parking lot were also well-maintained."

"The drive through was packed with the after church crowd. I ran in to get a to go order. My first thought, this was a mistake but the manager (Cole) was on it. The older guy in front of me got his order very quickly and he stopped Cole and told him theywere doing a great job. Cole was continuing to encourage the cook staff as he bagged orders in the drive through and inside. Iwas impressed to see a young man working that hard at his job. We need more people like him. My order was the best turkey baconranch wrap ever! Thank you!"

"Arby's is an excellent place to stop by; their curly fries and three pepper sauces are always a hit, along with the iconic Arby’s sauce. The chicken sandwiches are flavorful, and the strawberry lemonade is both delicious and refreshing. For a fast-food experience with great service, this spot is top-notch. I definitely recommend trying it if you haven't yet!"

"Every so often Arby's comes out with a banger on the new items. However I still keep coming back for that classic Beef n' Cheddar. This location has always done fairly well on customer service, speed, and accuracy of orders. Never done a dine-inhere so I can only speak to the drive thru. But the speed and accuracy combined is great. Usually you only get one or the other.Having both is a bit of a unicorn."

"Grabbed a few Happy Hour shakes, fries and sliders after visiting Bronners, before we got on the road to make the hour ride home. We place our order at the drive-thru and the employees punched it all in. Pulled up to pay and was asked if we needed a cup holder, as we had ordered 4 shakes. Told him no thank you, but asked if we could also please have a large ice water, as I was parched. He said sure. He handed us our shakes, then my large ice water, then our 2 bags of neatly packed food. The fries were in one bag, sliders in another, ample napkins and appropriate Arby's sauce, as asked for. The fries were hot, crispy and they were perfect and loved the bonus of the over filled cup. The sliders, one roast beef and one buffalo chicken were also freshly made and delicious. The shakes are the best and a steal at only $1 during Happy Hour. They are a generous size and includes real whip cream topping. The employee was friendly and carried a smile. My daughter addressed him by his first name and told him to have a nice day out her window. You could tell Alex thought it was cute. We sure did! A great Arby's and a recommend!"

"It's Thursday afternoon during the lunch rush, and I noticed about six cars waiting in the drive-thru. I decided to go inside, hoping it would be faster, and I was in and out in under five minutes. Amazingly, the entire line of cars was cleared in that same time! The staff was really on top of things; it was impressive to watch how smoothly everything operated during my short wait. As someone who values efficiency, I have to say this Arby's was on point today. A+!"

"I hadn't been to this restaurant chain in years, but I decided to take my son along since we had some gift cards to use. I was pleasantly surprised by the expanded menu, which now offers some really interesting choices. At first, the cashier had some trouble processing the gift card, but a manager quickly stepped in to assist us and graciously invited us to find a seat. She later brought me the receipt and the gift card, pointing out the remaining balance. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, served hot, and tasted fantastic. I'm looking forward to making this place a regular stop in the future. The restaurant was clean, the decor was appealing, and the parking lot was well-maintained."

"this place stole my heart when I appeared in my schoolbus and literally waited for me on the drive-thru when I went up. Most places are not very for people who are in vehicles. too big to go into the entrances and most places do not allow to go through the people through the drive thru, but these people are epic! will come back again, you know that arby has her flesh?"

"I had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. I waited for 30 minutes just to place my order, and during that time, my car barely moved. The line extended all the way to the Best Buy stop sign, which made the wait feel even longer. It would be great if the staff could work more efficiently to improve the drive-thru experience."

"Actually went BACK to this store after taking food home from drive thru, both sandwiches poorly lacking meat. They denied the sad looking turkey sandwich which looked like it was made by a 1st grader for a 1st grader. Asked them to weigh the meat and it was 1/3 what it was supposed to be. And they weren’t even apologetic. This site serves consistently poor food, and it used to be good. Poor management."

"They where kinda busy when I went after work but was not very happy and very upset when I left. My husband asked for crispy crickle cut from and the lady acted like we where bugging her and told us she couldn't do it and sorry. He was upset at her andpaid for the food stood there a few mins and told me to get the food, I stood there for 15 mins then realized that the peoplebehind me where getting there orders so I waited. The guy on the line was calling out orders so I could hear everyone and he hadsat two bags on the other side of the counter but never called a name so I wasn't sure. So I stood there waiting. Finally I wentup and looked in the bags after about 10mins and noticed they where mine. The lady that ran us up said sorry for the wait and Iasked for Arby's sauce and horse sauce and said if the guy had called the name there wouldn't have been a wait. She was nice andI told her to have a good day. Tip for anyone going in. Don't ask for anything because not the cashier but the people making andpulling food where very rude and acted like it was a problem. As for the cashier she was very nice."

"We visited the Chicopee, MA restaurant. I'm not crazy about roast beef, but my husband enjoys a roast beef sandwich occasionally. He ordered that (I couldn't tell you which one) and I got the deluxe fish sandwich. It had a good size piece of breaded white fish, lettuce and tomato and cheese on a sesame bun. It was very good! I used to like the Wendy's fish sandwich, but this one is much better. I'll go back again for this. My husband said his roast beef was very good too."

"Very bad experience ordering from here. I had a simple coupon with me and mentioned it before ordering my food. The female employee obviously did not understand what the coupon stood for (which was to order 2 chicken sandwiches for $5 max 5 chicken sandwiches per order, per visit). First, she said the coupon is only valid if I order 6 sandwiches (what Then, she corrected herself by saying the coupon is valid only if I buy 2 sets of 5 chicken sandwiches, which is 10 total (trust me, I’m confused too if you got this far). For the sake of argument, I just ordered 6 chicken sandwiches so I could move on after what felt like forever. Once I’m at the window, the female worker (receipt said her name was Fancy), was not polite whatsoever. I handed her my coupon and explained to her what the conditions were of the coupon (she didn’t even bother to look) and she said “$25” in a rude tone and basically rushed me to pay without even hearing what I had to say.I worked in customer service for quite a few years, and not once did I not try to understand and take into account the customer’s point of view. Overall, “Fancy” needs some retraining on her customer service skills maybe reconsider working in the fast-food industry.P.S., she wasn’t wearing her name tag at the window, which just shows that she’s probably been complained about before by other customers in the past."
