"Grabbed a few Happy Hour shakes, fries and sliders after visiting Bronners, before we got on the road to make the hour ride home. We place our order at the drive-thru and the employees punched it all in. Pulled up to pay and was asked if we needed a cup holder, as we had ordered 4 shakes. Told him no thank you, but asked if we could also please have a large ice water, as I was parched. He said sure. He handed us our shakes, then my large ice water, then our 2 bags of neatly packed food. The fries were in one bag, sliders in another, ample napkins and appropriate Arby's sauce, as asked for. The fries were hot, crispy and they were perfect and loved the bonus of the over filled cup. The sliders, one roast beef and one buffalo chicken were also freshly made and delicious. The shakes are the best and a steal at only $1 during Happy Hour. They are a generous size and includes real whip cream topping. The employee was friendly and carried a smile. My daughter addressed him by his first name and told him to have a nice day out her window. You could tell Alex thought it was cute. We sure did! A great Arby's and a recommend!"

The food was great. Tried the elk venison beef burger combo. So good. Add a side of melted cheese for the fries. The dark sauce in the cup goes on the burger. It's a bit pricey but we'll worth it. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

7pm on a Tuesday night and all I want is a classic Arby 's Roast Beef sandwich..... I never got it...... because they ran out out of roast beef. How does a restaurant with the words Roast Beef in the name of the restaurant run out of roast beef??? Sooooo disappointing. View menu

Absolutely disgusted. In the pictures you can see the chicken i got was dry as sand and mostly bread. It crumbled like dust in my mouth and you can see in the second photo the chicken is absent from the tender, it is actually just crispy bread. I am always one who believes never waste food but this was inedible.

What a joke.. Asked for fresh hot fries and fries were still just warm and soggy.. Ask for Arby's sauce for three meals I was given 3 and Asked for more only to be told we only give 1 per sandwich..charge me 8.00 a meal and only give me once sauce... I was given the sauce but didn't need the remark.. And they skimped on the fries...
