"My husband and I were the only ones in the lobby, and we noticed that the floors were dirty. In the kitchen, there was trash and fries scattered everywhere. Even though there were people chatting and moving around, no one attended to the mess, and there was no one else in the drive-thru or lobby. It was disappointing to see such a lack of cleanliness, and we won't be returning. It was quite unpleasant."

it was just me and my man in the lobby and the lobby floors were dirty. back in the kitchen there were müll and pommes all the stage everyone talked and went about no one in the drive and another in the lobby and they still not clean the floor. we will not go back, it was rough.

The food was excellent and freshly prepared (we were greeted with hot fries as we arrived). The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant was generally clean. However, the women's restroom was stocked with paper towels, and the beverage area could use some tidying up. Despite these minor issues, it was a positive experience at Arby’s.
