The staff there are always super nice. Like very accommodating and polite. Also Arby's is always CLEAN. I am a super nit pick about cleanliness. They always keep everything clean and sanitized.

My husband was in the restroom while an employee walked out with their gloves still on! When we told the manager, they claimed that they must have had a spare pair and put them on before leaving the restroom. We don't believe that for one second!
